History

Established in 1991.

Dr. Patel entered a private practice in September 1988 as an associate for three established Chicago area Orthodontists. In 199 Dr. Patel established his own private practice in Bloomingdale, Illinois which expanded to Bartlett, Illinois in the year 2000. In the year 2006, Dr. Patel merged the Bloomingdale office with the Bartlett office, and opened a second location in Saint Charles, Illinois.

Business Owner

My name is Dr Jayesh Patel. I was born in Morogoro, Tanzania. I spent my pre-​teen and early teen years in Ndola, Zambia, and then spent my high school years in London, England. I came to the United States in 1979, and finished my undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Physiology at Southern Illinois in 1981 and 1982.

I completed my Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois in 1986. I completed my residency in Orthodontics at Indiana University in 1988.

I entered private practice in September 1988 as an associate for three established Chicago area Orthodontists. In 1991 I established my own private practice in Bloomingdale, Illinois which expanded to Bartlett, Illinois in the year 2000. In the year 2006, I merged the Bloomingdale office with the Bartlett office, and opened a second location in Saint Charles, Illinois.
