We’ve had grinders at this location before and they were delicious. Tonight we ordered pizza for delivery. The pizza arrived hot and perfectly cooked. We appreciated the choice of cheese(no Provel for this family). The crust was slightly thicker than the traditional St Louis style, another plus for us. Generous delivery range as we are a bit over 3 miles away. Nice new option for quick dinner.

As opposed to the two other Bellacino’s I’ve been to where I ordered at the counter, i was asked to have a seat and my order was taken by one of the servers. The lunch special(what the server told me was also called«happy hour»?) was available during the week only, and it was a Sunday. Lunch special was 8″ pizza or ¼ grinder with side and drink for $ 7.99 Ordered an 8″ 1-topping pizza with water, and my bill was maybe $ 5 – 6. They have very tasty pizza, and I was surprised and pleased with the price.

This was very generic food. Nothing great and service was terrible. Not attentive and tried placing kids orders first but came out with ours. This took approximately 30 minutes. But, the coke and beer was good

BBQ Pork sandwich and Cajun fries were excellent. Served hot and fresh. Chicago Steak sandwich and cheese fries. The sandwich was delicious served on what amounts to garlic bread. Soooo good. Cheese fries were pretty standard.

We ordered pizza in for a meeting we were having. I have worked at an excellent pizza and pasta place when I was in college and ate it almost everyday, so my standards are high. I had the veggie pizza which had just the right amount of sauce, veggies and cheese. Also the crust was just right. I also tried the sausage pizza. Excellent. Spicy as it should be and the right amount of meat and also, not to big of pieces. The chocolate chip cookies were excellent. You need to know a good pizza place everywhere you go and this one should be the ‘go to’ spot in this area.

I would give ZERO stars if I could, apparently they remodeled and also changed their menu? I ordered a TACO grinder to go, then I got home to realize, this was NOT a Taco grinder, it had chicken, corn, black beans and onion on it, when I specifically said NO onions on my original order anyway! I was not even able to eat what they gave me because it was so ice cold. I called them and told them about what happened. No apology, no sincerity at all, I was actually placed on hold for a while. They told me over the phone that their menu has changed. Ok, the online menu STILL says the grinder I ordered is made the same! It would be nice if they treated the customers better. I am very upset about this. I won’t ever be coming back again. I think its awful to have spent money on dinner that is now going in the trash because they could not get my order right! Still hungry! Never again.

Here now, it took almost 45 minutes to get our order. The waitresses looked at us 4 times before we got acknowledged. The waitress who took our order was really nice and did a good job but she had pretty much no help from the other waitress even though it looked like everyone sat at once. The food was really good but not worth waiting that long. I will be ordering ahead for take out if I come back.

Obviously I have rated this 5 stars so it would be tempting to think I’m family or something. I’m just a very satisfied customer. Seriously-Best pizza in St Louis in my opinion. Josh and his staff are top notch. Dan, Joe, Jonathan, Sabrina– tops. My family and I go to Bellacinos more than any other restaurant. For the PIZZA and for the PEOPLE. Newly remodeled. We’ve had planning meetings in their new meeting room. Gotta say-THIS IS A GREATRESTAURANT! (Grinders are very, very good too.)

First time ordering from here. First, nowhere on the website, in the ad, nor in the phone conversation when I placed the order was it EVER mentioned that they have a delivery charge. Not a huge one, but it would’ve been nice to know in advance rather than be surprised when it arrives at my door and I have to ask to see the receipt. Second, wings arrived with no dipping sauce as promised. Way too much trouble and too long of a wait to call and have ranch sauce delivered. Third, we could ascertain almost no difference between the hot wings and the buffalo wings. Not a big thing, but listing here more as a note. Fourth, I ordered the Chef Salad, which usually comes with 3 meats – turkey, ham, and salami. I specifically requested no ham and no salami and please just a bit more turkey to make up for that. Other restaurants in the area are more than willing to do so. The woman on the phone said sure. When it got here, I needed a magnifying glass to find any turkey at all. Weighed in at ONE ounce. Seriously? I trade in TWO meats and all I get is the ONE ounce of turkey total? Not worth it. Fifth, Greek salad had a strange taste. Perhaps it was the marinated chicken we paid for as an extra? Not sure, but after 3 bites it went into the trash bin. And the Greek salad dressing wasn’t very tasty, either. Sixth, small pizza was okay, but totally sogged out because the jalapenos were not drained well beforehand. We hate soggy pizza crust, and it’s easily prevented with properly draining the ingredients prior. Obviously, we weren’t impressed, felt we wasted out money, threw away most of the food, and won’t be back or order again. You may like the food. It didn’t meet our expectations at all.

The pizza«was» awesome. Then one night my husband and I placed an order to pick a pizza up. They waited 12 minutes even speak to my husband. Then they tell us they were out of sausage you could tell they they had little interest in making us anything. When we got home and opened the box it had sooooo much grease on it and it was just gross to the point of being unable to even eat it and they were closed by that time. We emailed the store and they said they would send us a coupon for a free pizza but we never got it. This place is walking distance to my house too bad they had to drop the ball so completely!!!

Stopped in to try something new. Wanted to keep dinner under $ 50 unlike BBW a few doors down. Prices are very reasonable. Appetizers are $ 3.00 to $ 6.00. There’s a lot to choose from when it comes to sandwiches, pizzas, and pastas. If you get a sandwich, get the 9″ as these sandwiches are loaded. 9″ sandwiches range $ 5.79 to $ 6.20. The 18″ sandwiches range $ 10.79 to $ 11.60. I recommend this place as a nice change to the norm. Awesome drink specials also.

Stopped in while we were at the Ameristar Casino on a Sunday evening. The place wasn’t too busy but that’s what we expected. Cute interior… and we sat ourselves. The waitress was friendly at fast. We started off with the pretzel bites which were soft and a bit spongey but SOOOYUMMY and buttery! They come w/a nacho type cheese dipping sauce. We all got the grinders… the Chicago and the BBQ. They are very gooey and fantastic. The bread was toasted with the cheese on it and was extra good. This is a NOT a place to go if you are trying to watch your waistline, but if you’re hungry and in St. Charles… this is a great spot for super cheap, huge grinders!

More like 3.5, but the sandwiches ARE pretty good(and cheap). Quick friendly service. Good place to hit up after being dragged around Bass Pro for the evening. Extensive selection of grinders(fresh baked bread) and your basic salads, apps and pizzas. Exactly what you’d expect for this type of joint. I haven’t been to the other locations, but this location has decent happy hour specials($ 2BL draft, pizza specials), and a «full» bar(the basics). If you’re nearby and want a good sandwich for cheap, this is a good place to go.

My family and I went to this Bellacino’s because it is near Old Main Street, St. Charles. The Bellacino’s on Mexico Rd. has always been great to us and so we thought this Bellacino’s would be also: We were wrong. We sat immediately as we were hot and tired from walked up and down Old Main Street. The menu is on the wall, so we could read the menu from our table. When we had all decided, two of us went up to the registers and were promptly told that we should sit down and a worker would be with us shortly. We had never experienced this before at a Bellacino’s. We had already been sitting for about 10 min, but we returned to our table. There were only two other families who both had their food. We saw one worker who cleaned table after table and refused to look at us. After 15 min,(I counted on my watch), we went back up to the counter and before I could say anything, the worker behind the counter told us in an annoyed tone that a worker would be to our table in a minute. We were more than annoyed; we were hungry and extremely thirsty. No one said Hello, and no one cared, they just wanted to clean instead of talk to us. I told the worker that we had been waiting for a very long and wanted to order immediately. She just repeated what she’d said before. At my breaking point, I told the worker«we can order at the counter if we want to.» The worker disappeared and we went back to our table, ready to leave. When we got back to our table, a worker finally approached us, but not to take our order. The worker said in an extremely rude tone, «If you want to order at the counter, fine, order at the counter,» and walked away. We promptly walked out. This was so unprofessional and we haven’t been to any Bellacino’s since because we are so angry at how we were treated.

Their fresh oven-baked grinders crush other competing sandwiches. So all the more, I was excited to visit this newer location in St. Charles after the Creve Couer location near my place closed down. As usual, my Zesti Deli grinder was fresh, tasty, and hot. Mm mm good. I am surprised how this 9″ sandwich($ 5.99) just fills you up! Unlike the previous location, you can’t order & pay for the food at the cashier, but you now have to order the food at your table. This slowed down the entire serving process, because one waiter was serving seven other tables. IMO, kinda an overkill to get a sandwich. So I would definitely order ahead if you’re in a hurry, or prepare to wait about ~15 to 20mins for your sandwich.

I love the food here, and the service is pretty good as well. I think they guys that work here are very friendly. I had one issue one time with our waitress… it was during the Blue’s playoff season and there were a bunch of Lindenwood Canuck fans in there being very rude… and the waitress let it go on, I guess they give a lot of business. But the fact is — we were in the Blue’s city and the Blue’s fans were being harassed. Also — I think they might have been letting them drink underage??? But anyway, the pizza is OUTSTANDING! Very yummy!

The pizza is very good. We ordered 8 of them today for our department and the order was correct, on time and everyone seemed to like it. Personally, I used to like to go to the actual restaurant to have a sandwich once in a while when they brought the sandwich out to you and you got your own drinks. Now they have it set up so you actually have a server who brings your food and your drinks and refills which, after tip, makes going to get a stinkin’ sandwich expensive and time consuming. I think that was a bad move on their end. We no longer go there.

The food’s typical greasy pizza and grinders, but they’re tasty. This is by far the nicest Bellacino’s location that I’ve walked into so far. It was clean with a bunch of widescreen tv’s in all directions(only some of them had HD o_O). Also, the service was great. There were about 7 of us around a table and we asked if we could see the college scores on TV and he set all the tv’s around us to ESPN so that nobody had to turn their heads. Two of us ordered one sandwich between us and he split it for us on separate plates. Thoughtfulness like that is always appreciated.
