Waited over 25 min in drive thru to finally give up… Longest wait ever :(if you want to hangout in the drive through line forever! This is your place!

Cream cheese ragoons were great. That is the best thing I can say about this place. I have tried the food at several locations and they are all below par. This particular location I have been to three times, giving them the benefit of doubt. Never again. Half of the meal was completely in — edible. The rice had hard uncooked spots, the entrée that I got was mostly breading and was hard. The other entrée was so mushy no one could eat it. Service was slow, drive through was even worse.

Slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. This is not based off of one experience. It’s based off of several. If you want an average to good drive through wait time… go somewhere else. Very poorly managed. Please go out of business so we can get a competent business in there.

Went inside to get a bowl to go. Inside is clean and customer service was friendly and efficient. I got a white rice and chicken bowl with spring rolls. Spring rolls were great. Rice was fresh. Chicken had a large amount of fat in it. Yuck …

Meh. This one isn’t the best Panda location. It always seems like the food has been sitting out forever under the heat lamps.
I usually get the panda bowls and they are so inconsistent with how much of the bowl they fill up. Sometimes I have gotten home with my food and the bowl is only half filled, other times it’s filled to the top.

We eat here every time I am visiting my boyfriend in Ft. Worth. Always decent Panda food, fresh, order is always accurate, and it’s fast.
