Business Owner

Richard Blake was born in Dunedin, Florida. His family moved to the nearby city of Safety Harbor at a young age. He left Safety Harbor and moved to Alabama to attend Samford University where he earned his degree in Business Management. He also worked and studied international business and marketing abroad in London, Hong Kong, San Juan, Madrid and Auckland.

In 2004, he decided it was time to move back home to the Clearwater, Florida area and invest in real estate. After a few years of consistently receiving the highest honors and rewards at Coldwell Banker and then again at Remax, he was not satisfied with the way these «traditional» real estate models worked. These traditional models focus on the brokerage. Richard believed that the focus should be on the clients and he set out to revolutionizing the Tamp Bay real estate market with innovative consumer programs and world class client services. Blake Real Estate was born.
