One of the things I absolutely love about living in Florida is the climate. It’s what brings many people to our area and it’s hard to imagine living anywhere else.

Both my office and my personal residence are located in Madeira Beach so I specialize in properties located on the barrier islands: Tierra Verde, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, The Redingtons, Indian Rock Beach, and Clearwater Beach. I also focus on properties on the mainland side of the intercoastal from St. Petersburg to Clearwater. I know these areas extremely well so chances are, any questions you may have related to the neighborhood, the schools, the market value — I’ll have the answers.

I Grew up on a northern Iowa farm and gained a Bachelors degree in marketing & management from Iowa State University

I Spent 20 years in central Illinois in various sales/​marketing/​management positions

I Moved to Florida in Oct 2008 and started my Real Estate career in Jan 2009,

I was highest producing beach agent with my company in 2010 and my business has been growing at 50% per annum for the last 3 years.

I own a home locally in Mad Beach on the intracoastal and specialize in waterfront/​island homes and condos from Tierra Verde to Clearwater Beach.

I have worked with many foreign buyers, especially from Canada and Europe.
