One Price Dry Cleaning

bottom line: you get what you pay for!!!
i’ve never seen a «line» at a dry cleaners… but at this place you always have to wait… the place is dirty… the employees speak broken english… never a welcome, never a thank you… no customer service what so ever…
even the hangers are cheap… the dry cleaning is fair at best… they don’t pre-spot…they don’t replace buttons… i’ve received a pair of pants back with a new crease !!! when questioned about it, they refused to do it over… they made like they didn’t understand me… shirts came back with spots that they didn’t have when i brought them in…
i’ve given them many chances… but …it’s time to change… the charge for laundered shirts is expensive… it you average everything in, … it’s only marginal cheaper… and the service in not good at all.
they even put a surcharge if you want to use a credit card !!!

I have been using One Price dry cleaners for several years. I wear suits for work everyday and most of my clothes need dry cleaning so I actually have a lot of clothes cleaned by them every week. They have always done a wonderful job with all my clothes and nothing has been damaged. I also take most of my dressier clothes including evening gowns and have never had a problem even when I was afraid that a dress would lose sequins or delicate buttons would be damaged or lost. Whenever I have asked them to repair a hem, replace a zipper or change buttons on items that I take that need repair, they have done a highly satisfactory job. My husband also takes all his clothes and has always been very satisfied. We would not be going there unless they provided such great service because it is a little out of our way. We live about 20 minutes away and go there because we were so happy with the management when they were located in Edgewater, NJ that we «followed them». We have local dry cleaners two or three minutes from our home and across the street from our office that do a fine job but travel to Saddle brook because they provide outstanding service and are very accommodating especially when I need something quickly for a trip or special occasion. Their prices are also very reasonable which is important to me because I take a lot of clothes to be cleaned regularly.
