YeYoung Culture Studies is a traditional Chinese learning place with a synthesis of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. YCS offers on-​going private classes on Qi Gong, Neidan, and the Chen Family Transmission Large Frame Taiji Quan. We focus on the perfection of the body-​mind-​spirit practice through studying history and philosophy, art and calligraphy, poetry and music, Neidan and Tai Chi, The Tao of YeYoung Tea®, and raising fish and bonsai.

The YeYoung Teaching was established by Prince Ning (1378 – 1448) of the Ming dynasty. This unbroken lineage has provided people with one of the most effective ways to the Ultimate Awakening for more than 500 years. If you wish to develop your mind, pay attention to your body. If you wish to strengthen your body, pay attention to your spirit. Your spirit can only rise from your mind-​body summit, and the Ultimate Awakening can only be attained through your practice of real life.
