I would give the no stars if could. Used them before and was happy but this time I took my husbands Note 4 in to have a cracked screen fixed. When I picked up next day the tech brought out the phone removed the screen cover checked it over replaced the cover and handed it to me. I paid $ 200 and left. You never leave a store without checking work but he looked at it and I trusted him. Kicking myself over and over. The screen had a bubble under glass from overheating, the metal edging was bent so there was a gap between it and glass and there was a crack over camara on right corner. My husband took phone back and asked them to fix or refund our $ 200. They admitted to damaging the phone on left side but said the crack made the warranty null and void. They absolutely refused to refund or fix. They told us Samsung would not replace because of the crack, so basically they feel its okay to pass that loss on to its customers. Called Samsung and they said this was not true. The store was not an approved affiliate of theirs and had nothing to do with their policies. We appealed to Paypal who returned our money then reversed the refund because Mastercard said they had to honor their warranty. Paypal and my legal insurance pointed me to BBB. We are currently relying on the mediation of BBB. So far they are still trying to get out of the refund. If this does not work in our favor we are taking it to small claims court. I encourage everyone to not let business get away with treating you this way. Go to the BBB and pay for legal insurance which is a small fee and gives you access to attorneys for free or very little cost.

Came here because I broke my screen on my iPhone 6plus and they had a groupon for 119 which was a lot lower than other places I was quoted. Was a little skeptical because there were a few mixed reviews but called first and they were overly informative over the phone so I figured I’d try them out. Took it on and was immediately greeted by the store representative who was multitasking but made sure he greeted each person that walked in and assured them he would get them taken care of. He told me my phone would take an hour and they would call when it was ready. Well my only complaint was that they never called and I made it in before they closed and luckily it was ready! My phone looked like new and it was nice to know it came with a 30 day warranty. Good thing I wasn’t persuaded by the negative reviews! Will come back if I need future repairs

This place must be paying Unilocal to keep there reviews positive or most of these reviews are just fake. This place is a total rip off I got charged a extra $ 100 and they are not planning on returning it to me even though I have all the proof available. I bought a Groupon and went in as soon as they opened at 9. At first everything was good and I got helped by a dude with long hair who was very nice. I got a extra screen protector added which was supposed to be $ 15 on top of the Groupon price. I was helped by Yesser. Got my phone a hour later. On Tuesday when I checked my bank account I saw I was charged $ 115 instead of $ 15. Once again I went to at 9 and was told buy a guy (long hair /​very nice) that he can see how the mistake was made but he can not fix it the manager will have to and he will be there at around ¹²⁄₁₂₃₀. So at around 12 I call back to ask if Abdul the manager has arrived yet and get told that no he will be there at around ²⁄₂₃₀. So I take a extra 15 minutes of work early to make sure that I can make it her around 245 and called at 215 to be told that now that Abdul will arrive at ⁵⁄₅₃₀. When I confronted the guy on the phone about stringing me along about my return his answer to me was well he is the owner and he can come and go as he pleases. Then he asked for my number with name and will have Abdul call me. It has been over 6 days and there has been no calls. So unless you want to get your money stolen and get talked to like that stupid don’t go here.

The LCD screen of my Galaxy S5 broke so I went to Wireless 4 LIFE after reading the good reviews. They did a good job of repairing it quickly, at a decent price ($ 160 is better than paying $ 600 for a new phone). However, just 3 days later I find a crack and a chip in my screen, which I have no idea how it got there. I hadn’t dropped my phone once, and the crack was at the very top, someplace it’s never cracked before. I’m not sure if it was just a cheap fix, or if the way it was fixed put pressure on the screen, causing it to crack.
Honestly, I was wary of that happening, especially after reading a Unilocal review saying that the exact same thing happened to them. I guess I was hoping that it wouldn’t happen to me. No such luck.
I tried calling in at least three times, and every time it just kept on ringing and eventually hanging up on me. Their customer service isn’t exactly up to par. If you’re lucky they will pick up. More often than not, they won’t.
When they finally did answer, they said that the warranty wouldn’t cover a screen crack. The guy claimed that it wouldn’t have cracked by itself, so it wasn’t considered a fault in the fix. So that makes me suspicious that it was a cheap fix since it has not dropped since I had it fixed. The warranty is useless unless something internal happens within the 30 days of having it repaired.
In conclusion, I will not be going back there. While I’m glad to have my LCD screen fixed and my phone usable again, I’m disappointed that the screen chipped so quickly.
EDIT: The next day my LCD screen went out, which is exactly what I went there to have fixed, but because my phone was scratched, the warranty didn’t apply. I basically lost the $ 160 I paid for this repair. This place may be cheap, but there’s a reason: the fix is cheap, doesn’t even last a week, and they have their little clause in the agreement that gets them out of fixing anything that might happen to it in the 30 day period. Rating goes down to 1 star because of that.

I hate to write a poor review but I had an awful experience at this place. Took my iPhone 5s to get the screen replaced. First time– the typing didn’t work accurately. Second time– the screen was able to be lifted within a day of the repair, third and fourth time, the screen became dark at random times where you can barely see it. The customer service was awful and I’m stuck with a damaged phone after 5+ trips to the store and out $ 70. I highly recommend NOT going to this store.

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S5 today, and the screen became unresponsive. I took it in to fix, thinking I needed to replace the whole screen. They fixed it for me in 30 minutes, telling me that the screen was just disconnected and does not actually need to be replaced. They could’ve replaced my screen anyway to take my money. Instead, they only charged a service fee, saving me over a $ 100!

Very helpful and did not try to over sell me. They helped me find exactly what I wanted and then installed it for me. I’ll be back. Wished they opened a little earlier though.

Soo… after taking my phone back it’s still isn’t fixed. The screen doesn’t rotate and the front button is flush with the phone when it should be protuding. Because of how long I had to wait and the way I was treated when I brought the phone back the second time, I’m not willing to deal with them again. They did a cheap «fix» when I was willing to pay whatever it took to get my phone fixed. Lesson learned: don’t break your screen– your phone will never work the same again.

Well, at first, I was disappointed a bit, but then got pleasantly surprised…
I found them on Groupon to repair my wife’s iPad screen that got cracked. It was a good price for it through Groupon, so I went for it. I called them initially to ask how long it would take for them to repair the screen, and they said they wouldn’t know until I brought it in. Fair enough. So, I went down that afternoon.
They took a quick look at it, and they said it would take 24 hours, but could take up to 72 hours to replace the glass. REALLY??? This is a job that I keep hearing only takes an hour or two, and I could not have this back for 3 days??? Didn’t say anything, just sucked it up and accepted it.
However, an hour and a half later, got a call saying «you’re device is ready!» Picked it up, still had a plastic protective cover over the glass. Pristine, clean, and looks great! So, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that it took WAY less than their original quote, and it was great!!! Will work with them again if I have to (hopefully I won’t because that means we broke the screen outside of warranty).

Okay so my dog bit my galazy s4 an i looked around town to get it fixed. Went to them wonderful service really friendly, but the kicker was the replacement part they used to fix my phones was defective im planning on going back to have them look at it.

I got my LG G2’s broken screen replaced here and it was 100 dollars and only took an hour. Service was prompt and professional

Courteous, knowledgeable, clean. I generally would tell some one not go to a reseller. This one I will! Extremely patient! There work by far! The best! Go here if you need a new phone for metro!

Talked to Metro people who feel that with all the details that I’ve given them everything they could look up on their computer, their opinion is the illegal steeling of my IMEI number was the doing of wireless for life. they suggested for Metro service I do not go to one of the places that offers different services as far as different carriers phone carriers. Wireless for life specialized this in all types of service involving all types of phone internet Technologies. My phone seems to be being used by someone in Florida. Apparently stealing of my IMEI number (rendering my phone useless useless my new to me notes 3 that I paid $ 400 for is now unusable on Metro) which i think is like your vehicle Vin number or something. They had the nerve to ask me do I know someone who knows how to do various phone technology. Why would I be asking then what the heck’s going on with my phone. Of course I don’t know anyone who does phone technologies I’m not in the phone Wireless business nor are my friends. Why would I have come to this place asking «please check out this phone and make sure it’s compatible with Metro and that there is nothing bad about it that I might not be informed to look for. I told him I was buying it off of craigslist so wanted to make sure but it was all good. I’m not hip to all the phone scams that are going on today. Admitting that, to a place like this, was my mistake.

I rarely write reviews. If a business is REALLY GOOD, like this one, I have to leave a review.
I called on a Friday afternoon to get a price and the availability to repair the glass for my Samsung S4. They said less that two hours if they weren’t busy.
To my surprise it only took them 50 min. My phone works, and looks like new.
I’d recommend these guys to everyone.

I took in my Samsung Galaxy mega, I had went to AT&T where I bought the phone, the charger port was broken, AT&T suggested I go to Metro down the street, they fixed it in 10 minutes for $ 50, I was thrilled, I would go back for any repairs or to purchase accessories.

Came in with a cracked screen I had an international phone given to me all transfer and flashing done in less than 10mins. Very impressed I highly recommend this place 110% with above and beyond customer service very knowledgeable.

In and out without breaking the bank. That sums up my first experience with Wireless 4 Life. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to go often because they mostly do phone repairs, therefore that means your phone breaks a lot. But if you do need a repair spot, it’s good to know they’ve got your back.
My wife’s IPhone had a shattered screen, so my friends and I brought it in expecting to be up-​sold or, worse, stonewalled into going to the Apple Store where the cost of everything justifies just buying a whole new device. Not here. They were friendly and eager to help. Roughly $ 60 and half a day later we picked it back up and it looked as good as new.
Another interesting note: They take a three hour break on Friday afternoons to allow their employees a religious observation, which I thought was exceptionally accommodating and thoughtful.

You know how they say: Quick, Cheap, or Good. Pick two. With this independent company, you get all 3, quick, cheap and good. Very happy with the service.
One suggestion, put the name of the store in larger print on the front window. All I noticed when I drove up was the Metro PCS sign.

They confirmed over the phone they could fix my Galaxy S2’s (T-​mobile) charging port. They said it would take 30 minutes to 1 hour and quoted $ 40. I took it in the next day and they checked it in for repair. An hour and a half later they called me to tell me the part is not replaceable. The part is in fact replaceable, but requires soldering very small points. That’s why I called ahead to verify.
Other things to mention:
1. When I went in, they asked if I had already been quoted a price. This implies that their prices may vary. Call around to make sure you’re getting a fair price.
2. They said they were going to waive the diagnostic fee ($ 35) since they had said over the phone they could fix it. That’s really a no-​brainer, but watch out if that fee is a real thing. They didn’t mention anything up front.
3. The check-​in form says 7 days warranty on repairs. Other places offer longer warranties.
Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional.
