Kris and Laurie have over 7 years of massage practice between them. Having worked for many years at fine massage clinics around the city we have decided to open our own professionally designed home office in the old north Sacramento area, just a mile away from the Arden mall.

I have always had a deep love for the wonders of the natural world. So it came naturally to me to seek out a form of all natural healing that I could share with the world. Our bodies are the most remarkable natural resource we have, and we must take care of them. This includes proper nutrition, exercise and stress management.
