My old General Liability Insurance for my staffing company needed to be renewed. However, the underwriting changed without notice and would not include «Additionally Insured» certificates. Ozzie, my Western Insurance Rep., would not take no for an answer from the providers! I was crunched for time. I needed those Certificates within 48hrs. OZZIE DID IT! He found a strong Carrier, sent me the electronic approval documents and, my clients ARE COVERED!
Thank you Oz Man! You put a lot of people to work today!

The customer service at western century insurance was great. I dealt with Bianca one of the agents there when I received my homeowners. She always knew the answer to any of my questions and made sure I felt like I was getting all the coverages I deserved. As soon as I finished signing all the documents she even handled talking to my loan processors to send over the evidence of insurance and declaration pages I needed for my escrow. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Western Century!

As a loan processor and real estate agent I’m constantly looking for the best home insurance for my clients. I’ve been using Western Century Insurance as my agency for my homeowners insurance because not only do they offer me the best prices but they also offer the best coverages for my clients. Bianca, one of the agents, is my go to girl as she always goes above and beyond to make sure my customers are properly covered and well taken care of. My customers are always my first priority and as for Western Century I must say they are the same way.

Horrible business ethics and customer service!
When my work comp & liability insurance came up for renewal, I put it out to bid and got a great response from an agent @ Western Century. This was the only good part of my experience with this company. I only gave them one star because I had to give them a rating, they really deserve nothing.
Long story short, this company took my deposit and never followed Through with binding my workers’ comp policy. In all of my years in business, I have never had an experience like this. When I called to follow up and find out what was going on, I was given the run around. Only to be told, they could not honor the original quote, I would have to pay over $ 2K more a year for the policy and they took no responsibility for it AT ALL!
Needless to say, I have filed a complaint with the CA insurance commissioner. I hope this review helps someone else from not falling prey to the unethical business practices of Western Century Insurance Services. I also look forward to the insurance commissioner investigating them.
