Visions Window Coverings

Great service. Michael came out on a service call for a Hunter Douglas shade. He noticed another shade that I had wad defective and covered by the lifetime warranty. He took that one as well and it was remade event though it was over 16 years old. Now I have 2 window coverings in great shape. He also called me often to keep me in the loop as far as the progress of the repair.

Very happy with the custom roman shades made for my windows. I selected a fabric difficult to work with but turned out beautiful; And they were ready earlier than anticipated.

Terrible Terrible customer service! My mother in law called this company to repair her blinds that were covered by a «lifetime» warranty.. The owner came to her house a total of 6 times, always forgetting something. After about 2 months and a ton of headaches he brought back the rod that was «fixed». After he left she noticed the slats hanging on the floor and the rod not installed correctly. Today my husband and myself had to come to her house and fix it «install» ourselves, since the owner of the company would not answer any phone calls from her. Sad to see someone do this to a senior citizen. ***Think twice before going with this company!
Something to think about***Why only a few reviews on Unilocal when they have been in business for YEARS??? Hmmm
