Excellent customer service. I have a Tumi umbrella that I bought about 1.5 years ago that was bent at the handle. I was going to see if they can send it off for service. The sales associate there simply handed me a new one. Tumi definitely delivers on top notch service behind their products. I have their luggage too and if I have any problems with functionality, I can always rest assure that they will fix or replace it for me. Their product design is well thought out and always fits my needs and style. I am a huge fan of their CFX Carbon Fiber line.
