i don’t know about other reviews but these guys were great. no higher than anyone else,
and they explained it all. had fun, what a change. shopping without pressure. the two guys there were really informative, yet no pressure to buy. this is what shopping should be ‚
bought my luggage along with some travel accessories, and they have a lot. this place has plenty for your travel needs, so you gotta go.

Heard about this store so I decided to see it when at the mall. They had a decent selection, but some of their prices were higher than other stores, both big name stores and even smaller stores like it. When I came in, the employee was talking on the phone and never greeted or made any notion of us being there, other than watching us during parts of the visit. Not even a single wave of acknowledgement. The store however, was very nice looking, well presented and very nice.

Second time I’ve been in this travel shop and again I was met with very friendly staff who were able to help me pick just the right size bag for my upcoming trip to Europe. I have had fabulous luck with Briggs and Riley, and their no questions asked warranty, so I knew I wanted another Briggs and Riley bag but wasn’t certain about the size since we are changing locations and hotels every couple of days and I have to handle my bag during those transitions. The staff made it easy for me to choose by putting the bags side by side on a table so I could compare the interior space, and then after I rolled them around in the store it became clear the smaller bag was way easier to maneuver empty and would certainly be easier than the larger bag when full. So I purchased the 25″ Briggs and Riley expandable spinner bag. I’d purchase here again in a heartbeat. When dropping some serious money on luggage it is nice to feel like the people working in the store actually want your business (a feeling I did not get at another local travel store). Can’t beat the friendly, knowledgable staff and great selection of only the best brands. Don’t waste your time anywhere else come here for friendlily service and everything you will need for your trip. These guys want your business and it shows. Next time I need a new piece of luggage I’ll head back to Bergman Travel Shop.

Owner/​manager was so helpful! Helped me pick out luggage for an upcoming trip. What I really appreciated was that he was honest about what was worth spending more for and what was not.
This store has everything that you need for travel– including adaptors. He helped me figure out what plugs I needed, which I really appreciated. A great store with good variety and awesome service.

I had a salesperson eager to help.
Luggage is generally expensive. They had marked down stuff but. I’m not up on luggage pricing to really know what’s up. I just needed a bag and after I made my purchase, I was guided in setting the code lock on it. That was nice. Beats reading about it.
