Beware! Make sure you document everything. If a teacher makes a mistake and admits to their mistake, they essentially tell you too bad, so sad you fix it yourself. They choose not to research and resolve the issue even when you bring the issue to their attention month after month. They tell you to deal with it on your own. I would expect that if a teacher makes a mistake, admits to the mistake, they would do everything they can on your behalf to resolve the issue. I had to call their Regional office to deal with the issue and they agreed it was entirely their employees fault and will reverse it. Horrible service level at that center for parents paying a steep amount of monthly dues. My advice is to beware and don’t let this unorganized center take advantage of you.
