History
Established in 2015.
Grant Toeppen and Lora Grevious have independently practiced law for several years.
In June 2015, they decided to join their practices, creating the firm of Toeppen & Grevious.
Grant Toeppen has practiced law in both California and New York, with a focus on civil and probate litigation, establishing conservatorships, creating wills and trusts, and assisting business owners with small business planning.
Lora Grevious has litigated many cases in family courts in California and Florida over the last several years. In addition, she has drafted service and partnership agreements, private loan agreements, construction contracts, rental agreements, and family law contracts such as prenuptial and marital settlement agreements.
Toeppen & Grevious’s single most important goal is to advance their clients’ interests with custom-made, cost-efficient legal solutions that minimize the downsides of litigation while maximizing results.
