Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

A recovering child of Southern California, after earning his undergraduate degree from CSU San Marcos in 2004, Erik taught English in Mexico City. In 2005, Erik moved to SF and began studying law at Golden Gate University. Due to his work ethic, Erik finished near the top of his class after that 1^st year of law school and transferred to UC Berkeley Law, where he earned his J.D. in 2008. After law school, Erik passed the Bar Exam on his first try and then clerked for Judge Peter Busch in SF’s Superior Court. For roughly 3.5 years after leaving the court, Erik’s practice primarily involved enforcing the Clean Water Act. Since launching his firm he’s expanded his practice to include employment law and business law.

Erik lives in Sacramento’s Oak Park neighborhood with his fiancée, cat and dog. Erik is a member of the Oak Park Neighborhood Association Board of Directors. In his free time he enjoys spending time with friends, backpacking, cycling, etc.
