The Penthouses at Capitol Park

The rental manager Suzette Davies is an idiot. If you try to rent here you will have to deal with her. I wouldn’t trust her further than I can throw her. The places are overpriced and there are no balconies.

DO NOT MOVE HERE — Cannot wait until lease is up! BEWARE! I’ve waited 4 months to write this review in hopes things would get better. They have only gotten worse. 1) garbage and recycling occurs 7 days a week at 5:00 am, 5:15, and 5:30 am. Earplugs are a complete must if you live here. That’s with windows closed. 2) Pool and spa are closed more than open. They were shut down for two months. This morning we went down to use the spa and it was closed. It closes randomly. We looked out the door to the pool area. Dirty towels everywhere. No maintenance had been done. We called and they said it would be open. No! 3) Our garage key stopped working. Took 3 weeks to get a replacement. The customer service at the Marriott which takes care of amenities sucks. 4) Freezer side of refridge opens 4 inches because of placement near wall. Forget about getting ice cream bigger than pint. 5) People perpetually park in our assigned space in the garage. We received a ticket for parking in our own spot.
