I lived here, I was one of the first tenants right after it opened… these places are absolutely adorable and whoever did the remodel did not spare any expense. Unfortunately, my place was haunted! My dog has never been the same.
Lot of strange things happen there but I did love the building and my studio was absolutely adorable :-)

Scheduled an appointment with Sherri to view a studio here. She cancelled via email an hour and a half before the appointment. Unfortunately, I didn’t see this email and showed up. I waited over 20 minutes, calling her number and using the intercom/​cam system that she specified I use when I arrive. People entered the complex and said she was in fact there and in her office but recommended I did not follow them in as she «gets weird» when people do this. I get it, but really you could not have answered the phone or intercom and told me? Or, when canceling an appointment so last minute, why not call my number I had given via email? Bummed! Very unprofessional.

Historic rehab of one of the city’s gems. A+ location close to popular restaurants & nightlife in the heart of the city. Perfect for those looking for an inexpensive studio. Cool basement community room too.

Seattle, WA
Cute little place, but really small rooms, low ceilings, beat up pool table, no pool, and very noisy. On the plus side, the residents seem very nice… And they have a high noise tolerance ;)
