Outstanding work. My bike handles better now than before I got run over. I don’t know what they did because my bike was at Rocklin HD Collision Center but it feels very solid now and handles perfectly. Thanks much frame man. I’m a believer.

I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews! I had a really good experience there that I want to share.
My 2008 Triumph Daytona was hit by a car and my insurance company totaled it claiming that the frame was bent. I called the Frame Man and set up an appointment for the next business day for an alignment check. I brought the bike in when they opened and they had it back to me in about an hour with a diagnosis of its condition.
The people that I dealt with there were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped me unload and load my bike into my pickup truck when I arrived and left. I have a lot of bikes and I know a lot of riders and I will be recommending this place to them if they are in ever need of the services that the Frame Man provides.

My brother took his bike here for a 636 that he bought from someone. The staff here was really detailed on the pricing on everything. I felt very good about the mechanic here and was pretty informative about everything they would do and the pricing of it. Also, they didn’t mind excluding things that we didn’t want to be repaired. I was quite happy about them and they were quite prompt; also, the inspection was free (if your bike is disassembled). The negatives would be that they don’t tell you in what they want on or off the bike when you bring it to them. I would recommend this place.

After spending another $ 1800, to have repairs done to my bike — that originate from their screw up, I have my bike back together where it needs to be. The funny thing is, they refused to give me any print outs on their straightening results. All they told me is «it’s where it needs to be». Well, OK… can you show me the measurements, or provide a printout of factory specs compared to where my bike is… and the answer was no. All they said was, it’s within factory spec. Looking at the quality of the welds they laid down, and the hassle I had with them — I would not recommend them to anyone.

I hit a nasty pothole on my motorcycle that almost put me down, and left an dent in my front wheel. The dealer wanted $ 275 for a used one, I didn’t even ask what a new one would cost. I searched to see who could repair it, and The Frame Man consistently was mentioned. I live in the Bay Area and wanted to drive over and have it repaired the same day so I would only have to make one trip. They accommodated me. We set up a nine in the morning appointment. They had it ready by noon. The wheel looked as if nothing had happened. I installed it and it runs better than before. These people were professional on the phone, in person, and in their workmanship. Almost forgot to mention, they only charged me $ 95.
