Non stop calling or I should say harassment. I finally complained to the CA Attorney General about their bait and switch tactics. To add insult to injury, they called so many times I had to CHANGE my PHONENUMBER. I would never ever do business with this so called company. Beware and stay clear from this outfit.

CAENERGYRESEARCH Is what the caller ID shows. This company has been calling me nonstop, 8 times a day, for approximately 3 weeks… why? This morning I once again answered the phone, but this time someone on the other end didn’t hang up. I firmly told the loon to stop calling me or their company would be reported. She said OKAY, but… I hung up on her. I’m writing a complaint about their company anyway, because no one should have to endure 3 weeks of nonstop phone calls… it really is at the point of harassment here.

This company goes under other company names and sends out junk mail on a consistent basis and makes many unwanted phone calls which is against the law if you are on the Do Not Call List like me. You can sue them if they have called your phone number more than once as long as you have the records to prove it and as long as you are on the Do Not Call List. If anybody has any questions about the Do Not Call List Law, then please contact me. Thank you. Howard S. Consumer Rights Advocate Human Rights Advocate /HPS

If I could give a ZERO, I would. These people send out misleading sweepstakes letters to do a bait and switch. Their marketing ploys are questionable. Be very careful. I received a letter from«California Energy Research»(ooooh, sounding so incredibly official) stating that I would be entered into some sweepstakes. Turns out it will lead to a sales pitch. Again, watch out and know what you get into before returning their call or entering the«contest». By the way, I called to inquire about this sweepstakes and they told me that winners will be chosen more than a year from now. FEBRUARY14, 2015. WHAT? They urge you to join now, before January 15, 2014, but they won’t choose a winner till more than a YEAR from now?! Ridiculous! Who knows if they even bother doing it. The whole purpose of this exercise is to get you to spend money on their services.

This company has harassed me every single day without fail for the past 5 months now. My baby has not had a proper nap since she was 9 months old because of the calls from this company. I have talked to customer service and marketing and they still keep calling. It’s like living in the twilight zone. I will NEVER want their services so it is useless for them to keep calling me. All it does it make me HATE them more.

I received a letter from California Arizona Energy Council with the ominous message… «Notice: PG&E Electricity Rate Increase». In today’s economy, this got me worried! It turned out to a sales pitch for a solar installation. What a cheap deception! It seems like they are trying to snag gullible and possibly older people. I never do business with such companies and don’t think they can be up to any good. (The letter is signed«Sungate Energy Solutions»)
