As a Greater Sacramento real estate consultant, I specialize in counseling and serving first-​time and repeat home buyers and home sellers. I provide my clients hands-​on, one-​on-​one service, offering up to date market knowledge and transaction experience.

I work only within neighborhoods in which I am familiar, including areas like Downtown, Midtown, East Sacramento, Tahoe Park, Arden Park, Sierra Oaks, Land Park, Hollywood Park and South Land Park/​Greenhaven/​Pocket. I consider my service area from Carmichael to the East, Elk Grove to the South, Natomas to the North and West Sacramento to the West.

History

Established in 2003.

I completed education and my real estate license in October 2003. I selected Coldwell Banker’s Metro office because of its high performing professionals and the superior support and resources a large, international real estate brokerage provides.

Prior to pursuing my own real estate business, I provided marketing and file support to a local real estate agent.

With a marketing, sales and legal background, real estate is a natural fit. I have always had an affinity and a joy in finding people homes, even when they’re rentals. As a real estate consultant, I offer the Sacramento knowledge of a long-​time resident, the experience of a once-​transient life, and the legal experience to ensure that my clients have knowledge and support throughout the home sale process.

Previous professional employment includes multiple not-​for-​profit associations and foundations in areas of Development, Fund-​Raising, Sales and Marketing.

My real estate education is ongoing through Coldwell Banker and miscellaneous real estate associations, like the National Association of Realtors and Sacramento Association of Realtors, both of which I’m a member. I have a Bachelor’s degree from CSU Sacramento, an Associates degree from Lyndon State College, Vermont.

I am highly active in the community through charitable organizations, volunteering, and membership.
