I purchased the shellac deal on groupon for $ 15 with a free nail design included. Per the fine print on the groupon an appointment is required. I called and made an appointment for 2 gel manicures. The lady that answered the phone advised me that I didn’t need to purchase a 2^nd groupon for the gel manicure as they would honor the same price for the 2^nd gel manicure without me purchasing it. I thought this was very cool and nice of them. We arrived a couple minutes early for our appointment, however we still waited 45 minutes before they started on us. Very, unacceptable and unappreciative of our time! There were only 4 customers there when we arrived, so it wasn’t packed. They clearly didn’t have enough workers to service everyone on a Friday evening. I thought Friday’s and Saturday’s were usually busy for these types of establishments? Meaning those are the days that everyone comes to work. Even another lady who appeared to be a regular returning customer came about 10 minutes late to her appointment which happened to be the same time as our appointment. She witnessed a car accident and had to stay and give her information. Even though she was 10 minutes late she waited about an hr before they started on her. She had to have the gel soaked off of her nails and had to ask them if they needed to take them off or if something would happen to her nails/​hands if the chemical stayed on too long. Another con is if you’re into nail designs I wouldn’t recommend this place. I showed my technician a picture of how I wanted my nails done and she wasn’t able to quite execute it exactly as the picture illustrated. Please refer to the pictures posted as it wasn’t a complicated design. Kim my nail technician was really nice and she did an alright job on the rest of my nails without designs.

Making an appointment is pretty useless.
I had one at 5:30 and wasn’t seen until 6:30, really annoying.

Meh. That’s how I sum up this service in one word.
I’ll start with the pros first.
— The shop was clean.
— It was slow for some reason on an early Sat afternoon so I was seated pretty quickly. I would hope so since I had an appointment but sometimes that doesn’t matter at nail shops.
— The girl who helped me was pretty polite besides the out loud comments/​questions about my dry cuticles & twice TOLD me I bite my nails after I advised I did not & my cuticles have been dry my whole life. She was not discreet about it & drew attention from others. It was not tactful & pretty insensitive.
— They had a great assortment of gel colors to choose from.
Cons:
— I don’t know if it’s because I had a Groupon or if this particular nail tech (wish I asked her name) is always like this but this was the most rushed manicure I’ve ever had & because of that…
— You can see through my color on multiple nails.
— My last minute hand/​arm massage felt like a 10 year old was performing it. It was fast, rough & lasted about 15 secs on each side.
— I showed her a photo of what I wanted and due to her rushed job, it’s sloppy & not what I asked for. Again, it looks like an amateur did it. (Please see attached pics)
Also, not as big of deal but I assume they must be busy at times because they doubled up on nail stations on each row so you’re basically sitting right smack dab next to a stranger, practically in their lap while trying to get a relaxing mani. God forbid, she had me sit in one of the other many open stations instead of warm & uncozy next to someone else. That would be cool if you came in with a friend or something.
Oh and parking sucks! Barely any spaces for a multi-​business complex. The rental car company takes up most of it. I won’t be going back.

I came here with a girlfriend after purchasing a Groupon for a gel manicure. We were both getting ready to go on vacation, so of course we had to upgrade and add on a pedicure.
I loved the way my gel manicure turned out! A huge plus is that they have a large selection of colors to choose from. However, I was having some serious pedicure envy. As I was watching my friend get an amazing unrushed and great looking pedicure, I can’t say the same for my poor feet. The woman who did my pedicure gave an awesome hot stone massage, but my toes were rushed and I could have done a better job painting them myself. My pedicures always last a long time, but my toe started to chip after a few days.
I would come back again even without a groupon if I’m in the area, but will as my friend for the name of the woman who did her nails and request her.

I had a groupon and an appt for 12:30pm…didnt get seated or taken care of until 12:50. The nails themselves were done well… i got the shellac… but when i asked for a festive crusive «C» on my nail it came out looking like the cinncinati reds team C and on top of that after she did it she even said it was sloppy… if you think its sloppy then remove it and start over! nail design sucked! so other than that and not being seen even with an appt for over 20 minutes (plus i showed up lile ten minutes early btw) it was jus an ok experience. wont be going back for anything but the basics next time.

Unlike other manicurist that’s always hurrying up, He took his time to make sure I’m happy with my nails.

I had a groupon here for a gel manicure and one nail design and I decided to get a pedicure as well. The pedicure was going well, the girl was really friendly and I was pretty relaxed… until they decided to have another lady come over and start working on my nails. There went that relaxing pedicure. Now I’ve got the nail technician from hell jerking my hands this way and that. She was rough, not friendly and the absolute last person I wanted working on my hands. So my pedicure is done. I move on to the chair so the nail technician from hell can finish assaulting my nails. By the time she finished
my cuticles were sore, there was polish on my fingers and it was streaky. I left there super upset and vowed never to go back. Not even a week later my polish was chipping and lifting off the nail. What a craptastic place.

I’ve been back a few more times and the service was great. I stopped calling in and just walked in. The key is going on an odd day like a Monday morning. I think one lady is the owner and she has been really nice and forthcoming.
I WOULD come in here again even without a groupon.
If I’m in the area and need a gel manicure, I will be back for sure.

Saw them on groupon and bought the $ 17 gel mani w/​design. Made a reservation ahead of time and was seated promptly. I guess they’re probably just using groupon to promote their business since my manicurist told me not to buy online next time and gave me a coupon for a $ 15 gel mani. My manicurist was kinda rough even when I told him I had eczema on one finger. My nails turned out nice but I was a little sketched out that they don’t use new tools for each new client however I did see a sanitizing machine in the back. The file my manicurist used look super used though. It wasn’t really a pleasant experience and I probably won’t be back but I didn’t get an infection and the manicure lasted a really long time.

I got my nails done here for the first time last night. My niece, 6 years old, comes and gets her nails painted here. So I thought I would give it a try. I’ll start with everyone is very nice and the place itself is very clean. I’m pretty sure the man who did my nails was new though. The other techs kept coming and checking on him and my nails saying things in Vietnamese. I didn’t think anything of it, until my nails were finished.
3 of my fingers have cuts on them. 2 of my nails are a lot longer than the others. The acrylic is lumpy and I have air bubbles in a couple of them.
The only reason I tipped them was bc my niece goes there a lot and I didn’t want them to treat her any differently. I won’t get my nails done here again.

This is my first time coming here and my last. Overall I payed $ 42 and tipped $ 5 (because I’m a nice person and felt bad if I didn’t) for simple nude fiberglass manicure even though I asked for gel. I have that Fiberglass stuff stuck all between my nail and skin and underneath the nail, ⁴⁄₁₀ nails are crooked, ⁶⁄₁₀ nails are lumpy and the color didn’t even turn out the same as their sample ones. Definitely not coming back, I could have got what I wanted and better with 3D designs for $ 30. Highly disappointed in myself for coming here instead of waiting and just going near by where I live for better.

Okay, after the second visit to this marvelous salon, my wife and I are going to become «regulars»…just a fabulous experience. My wife has been to many salons and proclaims this pedicure to be the «best ever!»
Each technician we’ve had has been consistently superb: Hien, Jackie, Tri, and Tina all provide great pedicures. The salon is spotless, warm and welcoming, and a delight to visit; this wonderful staff has become like «family», and we appreciate them very much! We look forward to our next visit!

Used the groupon for a $ 17 gel manicure and had *Sophia* as my nail tech. She’s super friendly and did such an amazing job. The best gel manicure I’ve had. She gets the gel so close to the cuticle without it being sloppy. Will be going back to her again.

Had my nails done here a few times after I bought a groupon, for my bridal shower, for my wedding, and my honeymoon; they did a great job. They gave my husbands nails a nice manicure with no color before the wedding. I’d recommend that groupon users read the rules of the groupon prior to purchasing the groupon and coming to the business causing an unfortunate scene. Had to witness a poor manicurist get yelled at in front of customers by a woman who didn’t read the rules of the groupon. That same manicurist did my nails very nicely and I had great customer service from her.

I returned for the second of my 3 gel manicures I purchased with my Groupon. The girl doing my nails did an awesome job. The manicure lasted for 4 weeks without any chipping or peeling at all! I’ve never had a gel mani last that long. It seems like the quality is hit or miss depending on who your manicurist is.

Would NOT recommend this place.
I went here bc of the reviews on Unilocal and they had a Groupon, so I decided to try it.
I got my nails done the Friday before last, before my trip to Vegas. I noticed just 3 days later (Monday) that my nails started to chip. I was disappointed bc these are gel.
It’s only been a week, and my nails are officially chipped. It’s just the white-​colored ones. I feel like they mixed regular nail polish in or watered the gel polish down.
Ridiculous. I will not come back.
Businesses typically use services like Groupon and Living Social to get business, but they did a horrible job. NOT worth it.

Upon trying to decide if I needed highlites or just a cut. So I opted for just a trimming. My shampoo lady named Kim, gave a excellent scalp massage.
I dedided on a cut/​trim, and it was cute and trimmed.
Cant wait to return to do highlites for $ 50.00÷60.

I’ve been here at least 3 times for pedicures and had different nail technicians every time. All 3 did a fantastic job.
I especially wanted to write a review today because when I got here, the nail techs were working on a very difficult and unreasonable customer. I felt so bad for the woman who was doing her pedicure. The customer was ranting and raving and cussing. I thought about leaving because I didn’t want all that tension to ruin my experience, but I decided to stay. I didn’t want to punish them for this other customer’s rude behavior.
I’m glad I stayed. The way they handled this difficult situation was very professional and soon the customer finally just shut up (thank goodness)
I definitely will continue to come to this salon. Thankfully the rude customer swore she was «never coming back again». To that I say «good riddance!»

I really enjoyed getting my nails done here. Just disappointed they ran out of the color i wanted and got a cut on my finger. Lol
I will come back again when i can, the staff was super sweet and the place was very clean.

I have to say my nails look nice and there are no cuts or fungus so far. Scary right? I’m not sure where the girl that did my nails got the tools to do my nails (I’m praying that they were sanitized before they got to me) but I do know that one of the other worker took the nail tool that was used on me and rinsed it under the sink and then used it on her client’s pedicure. No bleach or alcohol dip or sanitizing box?!
Timing sucks. I was scheduled to start around 4:40−5pm. Well when I got there I had to wait 30 more minutes before they got to me. What’s the point of scheduling then.
I have two more certificates to use so if I do go back I’ll make sure I see where she gets the tools or make her use alcohol or bleach before she touches my nails. I will admit the girl that did my nails was really nice but all four girls kept talking really loud a to each other in Vietnamese. A little annoying…
