Starbucks

They always get something wrong, whether it’s the food or the drink. Always. I don’t know what it is about this location but I’m never happy when I leave.

Love this location. I never have any problems with my drinks. I love the ordering option on the app. The team members typically can remember either my name or my drink seeing I switch it up time to time. So far my favorite location becuase of customer service, cleanness and location.

Very frustrating. I thought I’d be getting the normal drink I’ve been ordering the last week or so and today I did not… I asked for the same thing. Venti caramel brûlée with 7 pumps… What I got was hot watery milk… Not very sweet a little sour and no coffee? And since I went through drive through and didn’t taste it till I got to work because I like it to cool down a bit before I drink it… Now I can’t get ahold of them and I’m stuck with God knows what it my cup… This is extremely upsetting because usually it is perfect! And today it’s completely wrong. Not just something simple like not sweet enough or to sweet or something like that. I wish I could take it back but I’m stuck at work for the next 8 hours so… In the trash it goes.

Poor, poor service this morning. Was presented with the wrong order… the wrong change when we did get our correct order and not one single… sorry for the inconvenience. Come on guys… you can do better than that !!

My first fly experience. Just purchased three iced teas and one unsweetened green tea. I found a fly in my drink halfway and almost threw up. Super disgusted!

Messy… had to clean my table and chairs before we sat down… staff didn’t greet us or seem to care the place was a mess. Only my 2^nd time here, but it was clean and neat the first time.

There is almost no seating indoors. The outdoor seating seems to never be washed. Too many homeless and smokers. Management refuses to enforce no smoking signs.

The Starbucks is in the Town & Country shopping center on Fulton. There is not a lot of nice «fast food locations» in that area, however they are a good choice.
It’s your standard Starbucks in terms of the coffee and assorted foods. However, they do have the best customer service of any location I have been too. It’s a larger store with Internet and plenty of tables. It is a bit louder than many other locations because of the openness. It’s a good social meeting site.

By far my favorite Starbucks, which could be because I’m here for most of my lunch breaks due to it’s convenient location. Though the parking can get a bit crowded at this location, there is plenty of seating (a few comfy lounge chairs inside, with a few tables outside for those who want to get some sun), convenient drive-​thru, and a great staff of wonderful baristas. My most favorite thing about this Starbucks is that there are so many «regulars» that you get to see the relationship between the costumer and staff. For me I happen to get the same barista, Clinton (hopefully I spelled that correctly), he always manages to ask me how I am doing with a smile. And because I never seem to know what exactly I want, he usually whips me up a «surprise» drink based on a few questions he asks me (cold or hot? coffee or tea? Caffeine or none? Long day of work today or not?). And when I try it he always asks if its good. The thing I love is that if I don’t like it-he’s up to the challenge of making another drink to compensate for the satisfaction of the last. He also always writes «rocking robin» on all my drinks, which obviously makes me feel like we’ve established a barista to customer relationship-​lol.

I order the hot cocoa chai tea here and it is one of the best drinks ever! Places to sit and the staff real helpful. The drink though is so good:) I recommend ordering sometime.

I regularly go there, such for its on the way to work, I was pleasantly surprised that the employees there remembers my order, for I usually get the same stuff. Love this starsbucks!

This is a very busy location, rightly so, the coffee is great and the employees are awesome!!!

Absolutely love me some Starbucks I try to go as often as I can love the passion fruit tea an the strawberry n cream frap.

I have been to this Starbucks location quite a few times now and have never had any problems. I always come during the morning rush around 7:30am on the weekdays and always have an easy time getting in and out.
It’s a newer location which is nice because not too many of the Starbucks in the area have drive thru lanes. I haven’t been inside yet, but the drive thru is quick and the line is never too long.
The baristas always get my drink right and are friendly. There is also plenty of parking if you want to go inside. No complaints!

Great location. 12:17pm and there are a variety of seats, although there are crumbs around many of them. Condiment area is messy and needs work: they are out of sugar in the sweeteners bin, have a little half and half left, and the counter needs wiping down.
Service is quick and friendly, although not all the sweet treats are on display, apparently. Maybe they had a really busy morning, but more attention needed throughout.

Starbucks is always a staple when my boyfriend and I go out. This particular day though… wasn’t so good at this drive-​thru. The server was very rude for some reason. She seemed very irritated. We didn’t even get a thank you or have a nice day. She gave us our drink and closed the window. Whatever it was, ruined our experience. I know it’s not everyone… but still.):

Venti Iced Coffee, hold any syrups, heavy whipping cream, 9 Splenda, topped with whipped cream & sprinkle some Cinnamon on that bad boy & light on the ice please…
^ This is my standing order at this and all Starbucks as I’m a low carber & it’s really the only drink that satisfies my taste-​buds in the area of fatty heavy cream goodness, coffee & icy cold sweetness that fills me up!
To date every time I’ve driven thru this Watt Avenue/​Roseville Road location I have been greeted by the most sincerely pleasant & playful ladies manning the drive thru window and order box and for me this is paramount as they seem legitimately and genuinely ecstatic to be doing the work that they do & it shows…
$ 2.95 out the door for my beloved iced coffee and then I save the cup and remake them at home lol… Maybe TMI but hey it works for me…
Wait times are even with long lines that can form, as fast as they can be AND they so far ALWAYS get my order 100% on and aren’t stingy with the heavy cream nor whipped cream topping unlike a few others I’ve encountered.
LOVE this location and the employees I’ve interacted with to date and so whenever possible and the logistics are there this is my #1 Starbucks pit stop.

This location has become one of my favorites for the inside seating and friendly staff! The parking leaves a bit to be desired since they are always busy and you rarely can park in their spots, but the complex is kinda empty so you can park in their spots for now. Anyway the place fills with light in the morning and they have a few comfy chairs in a little conversation area and some high barstool type seating by the windows. Its nice to sit with my chai and people watch too when I’m alone which is usually the case. I have been in here several time and the crew is extra friendly here and smile a lot so I think I might be attracted to the energy of the place as well. I will certainly be back again. I want to implore again that Starbucks get Almond Milk and add it to their milk choices for us non-​dairy, non-​soy people! Please :)

This one shop is always my fav Starbuck location of all time.
It’s roomy and locates in a very convenient area. They always play good music and have lots of seating inside and outside. The only complaint I have is it can get really busy every night especially on the weekend so finding seats sometimes can be very difficult. Oh and also people DO smoke right outside of the shop… (Yes they smoke like there’s no tomorrow. Have they not heard Second hand smoke can kill? Then I wake up and realize … oh yeah some people just don’t care !!!)
This Starbuck opened pretty late so it’s a good place to hang out or get some study done.

This Starbucks is right on my way to school, and I stop by here all the time! Love the service– the baristas are super friendly and helpful even at the ungodly hours of the morning. My coffee is always perfect, and I leave satisfied every time. Love the drive thru!
