Just left the store about a hour ago, so my little sister bought a iPhone6 on ebay and we were having trouble getting it to register to the sprint network, so we decide to go in to this store where we were greeted as soon as we walked in and helped by Edith, she was having a little bit of trouble but kept trying to get the phone to active as well, she even had to change the sim card, finally she gives it over to the repair guy after like 5 minutes, Edith came back with the iPhone connected, in service, and working we were in and out with in 20 – 25 minutes? Not bad since im used to the 1 – 2 hour wait at the laguna store. Only thing i would say is, let customers be able to actually hold and grab the display phones and be able to use the back cameras since most of the phones are locked onto the display table thingy unable to actually play with the phones and use the back cameras. Other than that, 5*****

Oh my goodness!!! My grandson purchased a IPHONE, paid cash for the phone, and purchased insurance. Well he broke his phone, we go to this location, was told he only paid a down payment and he has been charged installments since Nov 2014. And we were told that to file a claim, he has to pay 200.00. What the Heck was the insurance for??? Sprint is a RIPOFF, I told my grandson in the beginning not to deal with them!!! SPRINT IS A RIPOFF and I am going to investigate, research and complain to BBB, Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General. If you don’t have Sprint, DON’T AND I REPEAT DON’T GET IT!!!

My only issue with the sprint stores is, it seems that the sprint stores that I’ve been to do not have restrooms. But the wait at this location is always very short. Johnny, Shawn, Henry & Robin are great. All the staff here are very helpful, knowledgeable and skilled. The staff here always seems so friendly and willing to help. Thanks guys.

I’ve been with sprint for over 10 years, so I know all about Sprint and how it is. I went inside not expecting much. The 1 star is for being actually clean and nice. For the location of the store, I thought it wouldn’t be stocked as nice (so shame on me for that part for the misjudgment). I came here to turn in my phone for store credit or anything really. Some black bearded guy with a gap tooth told me my phone (iPhone 5S) was messed up because it didn’t have a SIM card for the Internet. It’s a problem. It’s hilarious to me because I’ve been using that phone for over 2 years… 2 years!!! And the Internet worked fine. He made it a big deal and talked about how I’m overreacting and you know what? He said it’s no problem because there was a SIM card on his counter, the one he was working at. What a coincidence? If it wasn’t a big deal, then don’t say it’s messed up because Ive kept this phone in mint condition since day 1. This place is ghetto, when I’m trying to explain myself, I’m somehow always wrong and overreacting. Please Sprint Gods show me the way!!!
But really please don’t.

Went into this store inquiring about prices on a new phone and the sales associate Devvon was so utterly rude. He tried forcing me into buying insurance on the phone and then told me to stop complaining and stop being cheap. I was shocked by this, and this store as screwed me over time and time again. Refuse to go back here

I went into to purchase another phone to add to my account. The young man Devonn Cross came to help me he was trying to upsale me which is fine they do that everywhere you go. But the fact that he was unknowledgeable on the different phones didn’t help. So we finally decided on a phone. As he is trying too upsale me to get a Bluetooth he messes up putting the new number on to my existing phone loosing my original number that I have had for year’s. Then on top of that it took over 17 hours for me to get my number back. And through the whole process he had an attitude like I was the one who made the mistake. After waiting for like 30 mins while he tried fixing a the problem I asked how long will this take, he stated 2 hours. After I said something about him not even being able to apologize about his mistake he wants to say oh sorry under his breath while rolling his eyes. I explained I needed my phone number and that this is unacceptable. Needless to say he had horrible customer service and was very unprofessional as well as rude.

I came into the store to get my upgrade, I had the htc one. so I wanted to try the iphone, I was greeted and told the guy I wanted to get an iphone and also to look at the new galaxy he said well theres a picture over there really I want to interact with the phone. he kept on telling me that you have to pay for apps on the iphone and I asked him are you sure? he didn’t seem to know what he was talking about! well I ended up getting the iphone 6 16gb. I went home and realized you need an apple id what the heck he didn’t even helped me set up he just gave me the phone and that’s it! I also noticed that the camera was a bit smokey I went back and they were all like no I think youre just imagining things… never coming here again and I didn’t realize it was a 3^rd party store until I went to the sprint on howe. end of the story is that I ended up going to three diferrent sprints the next day cus no one told me that you will run out of space with the 16gb!

Just came back from here and I got to say they’re fuckin horrible, I just came here to check phones out with my dad because he wanted one, one guy was helping a customer out at the desk and another guy was off to the wall just slouching there, no one greeted us and when I saw the iPhone 6 which my dad wanted I looked over at him and he just stood there yelling across to me the price and such like really nigga? You can’t come over and help, you’re just going to stand there slouching and shit yelling to me? After that I walked out with my dad, never coming here again

I went into the Florin Road Sprint store to get my phone repaired. After a 2 – 3 minute wait, I was told that the repairman would look at the phone. I was helped ny a gentleman named Devonn. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I have previously received poor service at many of the sprint stores, so this was a most welcome surprise.

Not a bad experience at all. Took good care of what i needed. Explained my options. Friendly small talk. Especially good because i came there right before closing trying to add to my plan and they didnt give evil dagger eyes.

I go in to turn on my new phone. Im 8.5 mo. Pregnant and had to use the restroom urgently. I was told no we dont have public bathrooms. Really!!! You cant make an exception? Of coruse theyre all men and have no clue. Will NEVER come back to this store. If i could give 0 stars i would. Sometimes customer service means doing whatever it takes…

I have only been in 1 time before my recent visit. They are rude have no sense of customer service. To me they are lazy and don’t really want to do their job anyway. I didn’t know they were a 3^rd party store until after I called to file a complaint with Sprint. Avoid this store at all costs.

If I could give sprint a fat 0 I would… Do not get a sprint phone they are a dishonest company that make you believe you are getting one thing but when your bill comes it’s completely different… I went to sprint because I they sent me an email stating that I was eligible for a free upgrade. So I go to the sprint store to get my «free» upgrade. The guy helping me tells me that I can get whatever phone I wanted so I get the iphone5s. I leave the store and a month later find out that I’m stuck paying for the phone because he put me on some sort of payment plan to pay for the phone. I call to tell them I don’t want the phone but they refused to take it back because It was past 2 weeks. WTF!!! I was planing on opening up all my business lines through sprint but the have lost my business because of there dishonest and lack of customer support. I will finish paying for my free phone and as soon as I do I will go to ATT. They are the carrier I’m using for my company and I have 15 lines through them. They are the best and all my workers love there phones.

I went to this Florin Rd. location to purchase a phone for my mother. Every one in there was very helpful. Excellent customer service. My sale associate Henry Gomez was very informative on how to operate my new purchase. He even discussed the changes with my bill in detail! I will definitely go back here.

Interesting location… looks like Sprint took over a bank and it doesn’t have the most visible signage either! There’s a parking lot in the back and a few spots to park where the former drive thru ATM likely was.
Enough about the location… the service here is better than most. I was greeted at the door, and the young man even opened it for me. While not quite convinced to leave my current carrier, I noticed the lengths the employees went for customers. Walking them outside, greeting every person who walked in, borderline harassing me to help me LOL I would definitely recommend this location, ask for Vernae!
