OMG, first of all I thought coming to this specific location would be more convenient for me since I don’t live too far. Not only is it hidden and very hard to find. The location should have already told me «sketchy» as I’m only led to believe they have this specific location to only cater to its common commuters near by… after standing right in the front, I was never once made eye contact with to even acknowledge that they knew I was standing there. So after finally being asked if I needed help, all I needed to do was make a payment. I’m then told that had I boughten my phone from them I could make a payment… as I begin to explain I didn’t buy the phone from this location, I felt as though I was just brushed off and ignored just to have the lady walk away from me to go help someone else… when I asked if I can make a payment, the lady yelled out «$ 3 fee» I was like really!!! And walked out! Very rude and maybe it’s a cultural thing but very unprofessional.

Bad customer service. They cant explain shit and try to give attitude. Omg what a waste of time.
