As an Assistant Facilities Manager, I love Spencer Building Maintenance! Their office staff is always helpful, our account manager is always on top of things, and the janitorial staff at all of our buildings do a great job. My company is very particular about things being thoroughly cleaned down to the last detail and Spencer is up to the job. Any requests (small or large) that I make are taken care of immediately. We use Spencer for day porters, night time janitorial crews, lighting, building/​window washing, and many other building maintenance needs. I highly recommend using Spencer Building Maintenance for your buildings!

If i could give zero stars i would.
My car was hit by a Spencer truck. The driver decided to back up in the turn lane and smashed into me. Trying to get through to their insurance was near impossible. Once i did and sent them the quote for repairs ($ 4600) they sent me a check for $ 450. It took a year of court battles to get half of the repair quote. Aaron Spencer never denied his driver causing the damage, he just didnt want to pay what was owed for repairs. I finaly got half that ammount after numerous court dates and having to send the Sheriff to serve him. If i were you i would never do buisness with Spencer Building Maintenance

One of your drivers failed to yield to me and two other people crossing the crosswalk. Did not even notice the stop sign there, and proceeded to drive right through a stop sign.
The truck had a guy driving and a girl passenger on 26th and N streets. Going northbound on 26th, right to N st. Around 2:20PM (9÷20÷2011).
Do you guys often cut corners to save on time?
