Was ready to set up services and make an appointment… called the number and some lady names Mary answered. Sounded like she hated her life… i asked a couple of questions and she gave YES and NO answers that sounded like she was bored out of her mind. No excitement and she gave no effort to try and set up an appointment. It sounded like i was bothering her Solitaire time. I said no thanks and went with another company all because of Mary. She may have given a false name because she only gave it to me after I asked her for her name because she was being rude to me. I will never be doing business with this company.

RIP OFF.
I run a large cap property management company and offered them a number of my properties in Sacramento. They started out fairly priced and jacked up their rates for the same amount of work; in which case 600 dollar difference for the same job they did a month prior. Tenants of mine complained about the techs manners and cleanliness, not to mention garbage customer service.
Go with another firm for your AC needs.
