Found Serves R Us as I did a Google search. I thought the serving process was going to be a headache and tedious, but Jim quickly put my mind at ease. The whole process was easy. Jim was on top of things and guided me through the steps. The website was also user friendly.

OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! You ever feel like you have a guardian angel that’s got your back? I found Jim on a rainy Friday night and he spent the whole weekend getting clear on what this naïve pro se litigant needed right away. Jim was honest and kept in communication the whole time. I actually made a mistake and Jim caught it, called me on Sunday morning and now I am much better off than had I not found Serves R Us. Being in Seattle and needing to serve someone in Sacramento on a holiday on short notice I went online. Thankfully I came across Serves R Us! I called around a bit being this is the first time I have ever been involved with anything of this nature. I was not impressed with the other process server’s sites and decided to go with Serves R Us because of his great phone demeanor and ease of site.
I messed up the email address when sending the serving documents and he was on top of it! I received an email within a few hours that he had not received the necessary documents making me feel like more than just a case number.
The defendant was served exactly when requested and hopefully the desired result is forthcoming. Highly recommended! Very professional and great follow through!

I was trying to get someone served that kept ducking process service. I spoke with the server on the phone, he came up with another way to get service delivered. I am very pleased with Serves R Us and highly recommend them
