The end to end service, installation, training, and follow-​up by the ADT staff has been wonderful, easy, and very useful. I enjoyed my sales rep (Miguel), my installer (Greg), and my trainer (Mario), my customer service person (via the phone) and my survey person — ADT employs NICE people who are helpful, who answer questions, and who respond when I called, text’d or emailed. I am a fully satisfied customer.

I just bought a new house and I hired safe security solutions to protect my house. Wonderful bunch of people. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone. Specially Miguel he helped me get a great discount and also provided free coverage for the Windows that were initially not included.

What an amazing experience! Miguel, Tammy and Mario did an amazing job. Everyone at SSS is passionate about their job and customer service is their top priority. Over all I had an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Man these guys are so good! I’ve only needed their help twice — once for the install, and once because I changed internet providers and I needed to change my alarm system a little bit. But both times I called they bent over backwards to make sure I had everything I needed. And they call back to make sure I’m satisfied.
I have worked with a sales person, the owner and a couple of technicians and they have all been so personable. The techs were on time and very clean and neat with their work area. Every person I have dealt with has been professional and polite as well.
I would recommend Safe Security Solutions to anybody. Oh — my parents went to them for their alarm system as well! The great thing about going through this company rather than ADT Corporate is that they are local. I called the corporate office first this time because the number was easily accessible — they couldn’t get me in until next week and they gave me a FIVE HOUR WINDOW to wait for their service. Safe Security Solutions got me in the next day and I only had a two hour window.

I have been a long time customer of this Adt Dealer, my sales Rep Miguel Is always available and helps me with my Pulse products, they are new to me and I really appreciate the support after the sale. Nearly a year after getting my Alarm installed I changed my internet company and needed to re-​network my Pulse System. Miguel got me scheduled and Super Mario came out and did a custom wire run I was very happy with his professionalism and workmanship, best part of all they did not even charge me for the service call. I would definitely recommend Safe Security Solutions as the best choice for getting your Adt alarm Service !!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Much like the person in the other one star review, I called multiple times and never received a call back. Most of the time an answering services picks up the phone and is unable to resolve my problems. Today I had an appointment between 9 am and 11 am. Its 1:39 pm and the technician just arrived. According to the technician someone at the office was supposed to call and inform me that he was behind schedule. This service call is a continuation of a previous visit where they did not have the correct battery for my system. I was supposed to receive a call back when the battery arrived but that call NEVER happened either and I had to call multiple times in order to get this second appointment. I am currently doing research to find an alternate alarm company that actually appreciates their customers and responds to calls and inquires.

This place needs customer service training. I signed a 2year contract back in October and had an issue with the installation and ended up spending extra money. I called, e-​mailed, and never got a call back to try and make it right.
I highly recommend not using this place. Just call ADT direct and they can beat and deal this place offers.

Where do I even begin, from day one of having service it has been nothing but amazing. Every person that I have talked to or come in contact with has been so helpful and knowledgeable about the product and services that they offer! There were a few things that had to get replaced shortly after installation but were all fixed and replaced in a very timely manner (a day or two AT MAX).
The sales team that Safe Security Solutions ADT has is outstanding. I LOVE to save money and feel that I have gotten a good «deal» as do most people. During the time that I was looking into getting a security system I had called around for multiple quotes and everything was just so expensive. Thats when I started wondering do I really «need» and alarm. Shortly after I had come across the Sales manager Pat and he started explaining prices and the equipment and it all sounded too good to be true. They came by my place to see what exactly I needed and the kind of system that would be the perfect match for me. The 2 gentlemen that came were so friendly and had the best personalities which made the whole process a lot easier. Within a couple of hours all my questions had been answered and I was getting my alarm installed a couple of days later! There was no stress and I had no question I was getting the best deal possible.
The intsall techs that they have are incredible. When Mario got to my apartment to install the system it was completed very quickly. The knowledge that he had about the actual equipment is very impressive (even though it is his job)!! After the install he went over everything with me on how to use my system and make sure I understood in detail exactly what I have. I personally ask alot of questions but he stayed until every single question I had was answered and I felt comfortable to operate my alarm.
I couldnt have asked for a better experience it was the easiest process I have ever been through and the alarm system that I have is more than perfect! I am recommending these guys to everyone I know.
