I didn’t want to stand in line at Mack Road DMV it was out the door. This place comes up on Unilocal.It is kind of confusing at first of what exactly the services are but basically they do everything the DMV does. The catch is they charge a small fee. The small fee is well worth it if you don’t have to deal with the BS at the DMV. Great girls working here and awesome customer service. Gabby is awesome and rocks at her job. In and out small fee well worth not getting frustrated and wasting time at DMV. The extra time I get to do errands is worth the small fee.

RUN!!! Run for your lives! This place sucks in every aspect possible. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. Deceptive business practices. They do not clearly outline their fees and and just tack them onto whatever DMV fees you owe. They charge $ 65 PER TRANSACTION! Hell no! So I was charged $ 130 for a title transfer and change of addy all the while thinking those would be the same fees had he gone to the actual DMV. Total rip. *** this review is specifically for the Mack Rd location***

Will never go here again, they wanted to charge me $ 385 to transfer title into my name on a 95 ford ranger, i went around the corner to dmv took me 15 minutes and only cost me $ 220, they have a charge of $ 60 right off that they want to charge for convenience… Dont do it this place is a scam !
