Department of Motor Vehicles

I’m so disappointed with mandatory actions. So incompetent I can’t believe the lies that I received from that part of the Department of motor vehicles of the state of California. They need to read the laws and keep current. So disappointed. I called them seven different times and all the times I’ve called them. Seven different people give me the wrong (incorrect) information. I read the law to them and they still gave me the wrong instructions what type of people work for the DMV. So incompetent. Who hires these people. That person or panel must be incompetent also. Mandatory actions what a joke!!! If Unilocal would let me give you a half a star that’s all you would deserve. Because I received a call back seven different times!!!

DMV is a complete joke. Received a letter which is dated the same date as it arrived my mail box in the morning. Really, DMV and USPS offer delivery faster than
? Questionable. Then, call them immediately because I think the letter was sent by mistake. The agent said ignore the letter! What a complete waste of tax payers time and money!

Tried to renew my license online, entered info, working fine and then got kicked off, didn’t work.
Tried to renew my license by phone, went through huge maze of automated phone tree questions, entered payment info and got kicked off, didn’t work. But it said hold on the line and a rep would answer or leave # and they’ll call back.
They call back and I say I’d like to renew my license and they say they don’t do that over the phone, have to use automated program or just mail it in. Really? Mail it in? If you can’t help me then why call me back at all.
The government is good for some things but I think the DMV should be farmed out to private enterprise so citizens can get better service.
