I was assigned to Pacific Dental through my insurance. When I called in to make an appointment I was told the first available appointment was over 2 weeks out. When I said that was a little far off I was interrupted and told I could find another provider then. I was unable to even finish my sentence and explain I was having a dental emergency and needed a filling much sooner than that. I hope that the person I spoke to was just having a bad day, but I will not be setting foot in an office that treats its customers so rudely. Time to switch providers.

Service was exceptionally fast and well done. I love it here!

Very abrupt staff and dentists. That two stars is for the positive feedback that my kids(w/Autism) got after a whirlwind of questions the staff received from them. The office seemed to be utterly busy– I had to ask if I could leave already and if I needed to come back in 6 months.

Another dental office largely inhabited by idiots. I made an appointment several weeks out & then called back about a week later to make sure all was well because I was a new patient, make sure my insurance was OK, etc. I show up & sure enough, I’m NOT a patient there! No apologies, no one wanted to call my insurance company to check my story, nothing. I left disgusted & I’ll never go back.

Stay away from this place of business. I know the super rude phone receptionist will turn many people away. I just had to warn others to look for a dentist elsewhere.
