When my car was making weird noises, I thought maybe something was wrong with my battery. Went here to do a battery check and found out both battery and alternator needed replacement. They were quick and prompt. Fairly friendly and they didn’t pressure me to buy more expensive items. Would have given them 5 stars but when I got home, I found that they sold me the wrong alternator. My father had to go back and exchange for a different one. Other than that, I wouldn’t mind going back to this place. They also match price other dealer’s prices. So, I definitely recommend to visit a few different stores (ie. Autozone across the street) and check out the prices first.

They tested and charged my battery for free! You say what ya want, but that was fine with me. Also, there wasn’t such a big line because they seemed pretty knowledgeable. The lady was going home, and helped me out. Soon as she was fine the store was empty. Nobody comes there looking to spend, and I win today.

Came to O’Reilly on my lunch hour, after a very sudden realization that my windshield wipers were kaput (you know, when you’re freaking out because you’re doing 70 on the freeway and can’t really see out the windshield… boy THAT’S fun, huh?)
This O’Reilly branch is a bit small but they had everything I needed. They were running a BOGO special where I could buy the midrange wipers for less than the price of the economy wipers– sweeeeet! Plus the staff all seemed in good spirits and were joking amongst themselves while working. I like being a customer in a shop where the staff is in a good mood and gets along with each other. The lady at the counter even offered to install the wipers for me. Super nice!
