Came here with my GF and had massage with Angelina after reading the previous review(Ron). We called around 2:00 on Saturday and found out there was an opening at 3:00. There was no wait. Very good foot massage for only $ 20 each person. Actually, it includes scalp massage, shoulder massage, hand massage, legs, back, and a foot soak. The lady spoke Mandarin so it was easy to communicate. She was able to adjust pressure immediately, and the conversation was good. I definitely recommend this place. P. S. The place looks small from the outside but is actually very big and clean inside. It is right next to a liquor store which has«no one under 21» signs plastered on the entrance. At first, I thought the signs referred to the spa, but they were actually for the liquor store. Definitely check out this spa.

My SO and I went to New Era this evening with a 7:30 appointment. Since they aren’t on Unilocal; I thought I would give them a complimentary review. I did want to say we used a coupon from«Our Neighborhood Shopper» which we receive monthly in the mail. The coupon was $ 16.99 instead of $ 20 for the one hour foot massage. We have driven through this Savings Place shopping center before to check out this place which is located on 65th Street about one block East of Stockton Blvd. From the outside; it looks ok but you can’t really see inside so it makes it tough to see if they are«legitimate»(which they are completely). The place is actually wider then it looks from the outside; the outside pillar kind of divides the place slightly so there is some room inside :) After arriving, there is an entry lobby area with some massage chairs to the left which can be curtained off from the entry kiosk/cashier. I believe we were the only customers at the time and we were immediately brought to our rooms. It looks like they have 3 to 4 rooms back to back. I was given the first room while my SO received the second room. I sometimes don’t like being separated but B2000 Spa on Freeport is the same way. In each room was the recliner/ottoman and a massage table. You get your head, neck, upper back, arms massaged first; then your feet; then legs. After the hot wipedown and dry off; you are transferred to the table where they massage your upper back down to your legs done. My massage person is named Salsa while my SO’s is Angelina. I thought the massage was pretty good and I felt relaxed and comfortable here. I also liked getting the back done on the table which is a first for a foot massage. I have received the back portion of the massage(after the feet) done: sitting backwards on the ottoman; laying face down on the recliner and on the portable angled massage chairs you see at the mall. The table was a nice touch! Payment is done after the massage and we tipped our servers after that. A small cup of cool water was given to us too. Location: B(South area but comparable to other foot massage places) Inside: B+ simple but nice surroundings with nice soothing music. I could hear the thump thump music coming from the restaurant next door but it was not too loud. Massage: A I actually had to ask Salsa to lighten it up a little bit on the feet since I can only take so much good pain. Price: A+ Great price at $ 20(normally) Personnel: A Nice people. Salsa works 7 days a week :( Please give them a try; I’m pretty sure you will be happy. Now I have to go for the Body massage. .. Check it out! I just also want to say we have been to these different foot massages(in Sac) and New Era ranks among the top of these places.
