Mike’s Mobile Screen & Chimney Service

We just had our fireplace, chimney and the screen cleaned by Huego of Mike’s Mobile. This technician was on time, very professional and did a great job. We are very happy with their performance.

We used Mike’s a loooong time ago. I had forgotten, and when our firebox had issues called an Elk Grove company. The guy was such a condescending jerk. I may be a woman but I work within the trades, so I get how things work. Don’t try to screw me, I can smell it coming a mile away LOL. Anyway, my husband reminded me about Mike’s Mobile Screen & Chimney Service. So I called. They service a pretty big area now, not just Galt and EG and were still able to get me an appointment very quickly. This company was reasonable and totally respectful. When I called for information and the appointment, the receptionist, whose name escapes me at the moment was FANTASTIC! She was very sweet, personable as well as knowledgeable. She knew what I needed and made it easy and fast to get the appointment scheduled. When the guy (Mark) came to fix our issue, He arrived on time, he looked professional and he didn’t try to upsell me or scare me into buying more. He charged me the quoted price and was a very pleasant man. Mark was AWESOME! Due to this, experience it makes me want to use Mikes for more. They also do screens, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, awnings, Security doors, security screens, etc. It was nice to be treated kindly, to have the appointment happen on time, and feel that we have a company we can trust to do work on our home. We hope by summer time, we have you out to do some roll away screens on our French doors. Thank you again so much!

When I called the representative was extremely nice, patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me pricing over the phone. The technician showed up with everything to make the screens on the spot. He was very polite, efficient and fast. My screens fit perfect and he even adjusted the rollers on my sliding door screen and adjusted the locking mechanism. We were ecstatic! We also felt that the price was very fair. I forget the names of the guys that came, but they were nice and professional and got the job done quickly. I had my chimney cleaned. They inspected it, found a small problem but were able to fix it in just a few minutes. Would recommend to others!

I called Mike’s Mobile Screens to replace some window screens on my home. When I called for the appointment they were very friendly and informative. I chose this company over other ones because of their professionalism and website (They have an awesome FAQ that they walked me through). This company does it right!
When they came out there were no surprises or selling tactics. The technician, Dan, was polite, professional and a hard worker. He came out with a mobile shop and built everything right on site. This worked out well because I ended up adding to the order and getting a few solar screens on the south side of the house. He put solar screen on a sliding door I have and also made a panel next to it to cover the other side. I wanted a pet guard on the door and Dan talked me out of it saying their solar screen material is pet-​proof and has a warranty. So far so good– no tears and it looks great — which is amazing because my dog jumps all over it!
