Jenifer defines artist when you think make up artist. She has done by makeup for countless events the last few years and I am so thankful that she always makes me look my absolute best. She brought out the true beauty in everyone on my wedding day. She did all of the makeup for me, my 7 bridesmaids, three moms and my grandma. All under 4 hours. Insane how she works! Always the constant professional, she was there early and ready to go before any of us were. I can’t stress to you brides enough, that she is the one you want on your team on such an important day. Thank you Jen for making me feel like a princess!!!

Jennifer did my wedding hair and makeup as well as my mom and 5 bridesmaids makeup last week. She was amazing!!! This is my first time writing a review which tells you how good she really was!!! Not only did we all look amazing, but Jennifer and her assistant kept us on our timeline and were sooooooo fun and calming!!! A few of us were feeling a little under the weather from the rehearsal party the night before and Jennifer made us all look fresh and amazing. I would recommend her a million times!!!

Jenifer did the makeup for my wedding a week ago and I’m so glad she did! She came to our hotel in Davis at 8am and did makeup for me, my 3 bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-​in-​law. I wanted a light, fresh look and she delivered! Everyone looked incredible and even the mothers were pleased (they don’t usually wear much makeup). The makeup lasted from 8am until the wedding was over at 10pm even though it was 90 degrees (we only needed to touch up our lips, and she gives the bride lip gloss to take to the venue so we all used that). Jenifer was also a great, calming presence. The makeup order had to be shifted a bit due to hair complications, but Jenifer didn’t rush us or complain. I’m so glad Jenifer was a part of my wedding and I highly recommend her to others in the Sacramento area.

Jen is simply amazing! There are simply no other words to describe Jen’s talent, communication, and professionalism. I hired Jen to provide make-​up services for myself, my two bridal attendants, my mother, my future mother-​in-​law, my future sister-​in-​law, and my officiant for my wedding in September 2015.

Jen was able to create the exact make-​up and hair I wanted and was also able to deliver exactly what I wanted for my bridal party. Jenifer is fantastic! I don’t have any female attendants in my wedding, so I thought it would be more cost-​effective and practical to do a personal makeup lesson with her instead, and I’m SO glad I did. She is a talented teacher and I love the results. Her lessons are a great alternative for any bride who can’t do day-​of services, plus you have fun and learn a lot!

Jenifer is the most amazing when it comes to wedding hair and makeup! Just went for my trial run with her today and she captured exactly what I was looking for! I have had bad experiences with other people in the past because they «just don’t get it». Not Jenifer, she is amazing! She also has an amazing personality and is super sweet! The only way to describe my hair and make up experience with Jennifer is PERFECTION! Jen did my hair and make up and my mom’s on my wedding day, and we both could not have asked for better service. She is so warm and fun to be around, it felt like we were just hanging out with a friend.
My hair and make up turned out so great and lasted all night, even through allll the dancing! I highly recommend getting your hair and make up done for your wedding day because it is such a relaxing and pampering experience, it really helped set the tone for the morning getting ready and made me so at ease. My mom had never had her make up done before and she could not have better things to say, she loved it! We both got so many compliments throughout the evening and I am so thankful Jen was there to make sure we looked perfect :)

Jenifer from I Make Beautiful is fabulous. I love when my clients hire her as I know they are going to look beautiful and they will be on time. I love the fact that she can do hair and makeup if we only have a few people or she can just do makeup if we have lots of bridesmaids. Jenifer took my wedding day from a stressful event to something where I knew I would look gorgeous from start to finish. I used one of her packages and thus she was with me and my girls from the start of the day until after the ceremony. It was such a relief to know that when (not if) I got weepy or tried to wipe my nose that someone would be there with a brush ready to fix whatever I had done to myself. Jenifer is INCREDIBLE. She was recommended by a Vizcaya wedding coordinator and I will be eternally grateful I took that recommendation. We met 1x before my wedding in August and she managed to understand and create what I wanted/​needed for my wedding after only a brief meeting. I wanted to look and feel natural but the makeup also needed to be visible in photos — a tricky balance she pulled off effortlessly. She also did my bridesmaids — I was shocked at how well everyone looked. I intend to book her again if she’s available!
Lastly, my hair dresser was not working out and Jenifer brought in a woman last minute to do my hair — Nicole was amazing — I could cry at how absolutely beautiful and unique she did my hair. Thank GOD for Jenifer!!!

Jenifer is the absolute BEST!!! I feel so blessed that she helped me an all of my bridesmaids get ready for my wedding. The amount of complements that I have received since then has been astronomical! Everyone of us loved her! She is beautiful inside and out! Jenifer beautified my daughter for Senior school portraits. My girl looked absolutely beautiful. The makeup was applied age appropriate (as this was for a high school student). Her hair was curled perfectly! I was pleased! I highly recommend Jenifer! She is a true professional!

How do I LOVE Jenifer Haupt… let me count the ways. I can not sing her praises loud enough. She is so very talented with her craft, a gifted artist. She is able to do any style of hair and make-​up needed. And she brings such a great energy to the room, she is so full of life, love and joy for her work and it just makes everyone feel great. Wedding day makeup is serious. I wanted to look effortlessly flawless and all around beautiful. I worried about stress breakouts so I booked Jenifer for my wedding and I couldn’t have made a better decision.
I’ve seen so many ladies get wedding makeup applied in such a fashion that look completely different. This was not the case for me. I looked and felt like me (me on my best day, but still me).

Well, I had found the perfect dress and accessories to go with it, but who would I trust to do my make-​up?! I had to look no further than Midtown to find Jenifer because of Unilocal and the rave reviews of her services.
My Mom and I instantly fell in love with Jenifer when we met her. She’s beautiful not just on the outside, but also on the inside! Her studio is adorable and stocked with every hair and make-​up product you can imagine. She comes fully equipped!
I told her my wishes and she made my dreams come true! I’m getting married in Hawaii, so one of my huge problems is going to be salvaging the look in the heat. I’m so scared that my face is literally going to melt off and my hair is going to frizz out — not exactly the picture of a lovely bride. I might even scare my fiancé off!
Thankfully, Jenifer had some tricks up her sleeve so I can save face on my special day! She told me how to stop sweat on my face using a special product that can only be purchased in SF. And, we both agreed that an updo was necessary for my hair, but I always hate updos on me. Well, Jenifer was able to give me a breathtaking updo that was exactly what I was hoping for.
Jenifer also helped me through my other major dilemma: destination wedding means never meeting the person who’s actually going to do my hair and make-​up for the Big Day. You bet that’s stressing me out! So, my genius Mom thought of having a trial locally and taking heaps of pictures. Then, pray that this destination person can pull off the look.
Jenifer made sure that I would have all the tools she used to make me beautiful, so that I can bring them with me to Hawaii. She even gave me the special glue she uses for false eyelashes!
Jenifer is incredibly helpful, fast, affordable, and a master creator of beautiful brides. Ladies, definitely set up a trial with her so that your special day can be the least stressful as possible. Plus, Jenifer helps in keeping that inner bridezilla beast contained!
