History

Established in 2015.

A new meal prep concept for the greater Sacramento Area. Owner, Adam Sakakihara, has over 13 years of culinary experience. Eight years of which was high volume, corporate catering. Following that, he helped to build his first company, Fork Lifter Food Truck (with brother-​in-​law Richard Joseph). A couple years passed and he he found it hard to be limited to cooking only one type of cuisine (healthy food). Adam desired the ability to cook without restrictions and to make the privilege of having a personal chef, more attainable and more convenient to prospective clients. There was a longing to showcase his culinary abilities, without the costly investment of opening a brick and mortar restaurant. From this, Mada Meals was created…

Hi! I’m Adam Sakakihara, Owner of Mada Meals. I like to cook the food that I like to eat. I like to try new things and want to bring my clients along for the ride. You have to trust me! You may try things you thought you’d never try. My goal is to make delicious, convenient food and to always keep my clients guessing. I want you to avoid food boredom!
