I will never go back there again they are rude! I walked in with my daughter I asked for a pedicure she asked for a fill they completely ignored me and did the fill on my daughter after sitting there for an hour I STILL was ignored and my daughter was done I have never in my life ever was treated with such disrespect they actually made me cry by the way they treated me I’ve came to them for years they like to pick and chooses who they want to do if they know you won’t tip them they treat you bad and I’m a great tipper but oh well time to find a new place that won’t be so rude and disrespectful this time you guys aren’t even worth a star!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years but this is the last time I will visit this establishment. I paid for a spa pedicure and got nothing of the sort. The chair that I was seated in was broken and didn’t massage any part of my neck shoulders or back like it was supposed to. When I brought it to management’s attention, the manager acted like it was my fault. I explained that I told the manicurist and she responded by saying I should’ve demanded to be placed in another chair. She also blamed the manicurist as if she was part of the ownership group. Wow. What a terrible way to treat a customer and worker. Terrible customer service. I will never come back.

I was going there for over 10years they do excellent work but have a very bad cock roach problem and losing a lot of good business because of :-(

Okay, i went in last Friday. There was a lot of people but they did get to me quickly. I got my nails done by the man in the front. Okay I asked for white tips (really simple) he did not do an okay job, he rushed.
My nail tips are not the same color!!! some are white, some have a yellowish tone and some are more transparent!!! they look odd. He did cut my nails straight (i hate when they cut my nails straight but they are slanted) and i liked that his were not slanted.
I did not like that he did not cut them the same length some are longer .and HE CUT ME!!! I am not really picky when the people accidentally do a little cut or scratch. But I could see and feel it was a really deep cut. I pointed it out to him and he got mad!!! and did nothing about it. I then asked him if he had anything for it. he got a blue tube and squeezed my finger and put the blue liquid that extremely burned and «glued» the cut together. He then quickly told me to pay him. He was not even done with my nails yet!!!
I felt that he rushed and was extremely rude.
I did get my eyebrows done while I was there from a lady.(I believed I would get better treatment) Nope i was wrong. She took me to the back room sat me down on a chair and began waxing, she then walked out not saying anything. I got my mirror and saw she missed so many hairs (mostly all of them)!!! I saw her come in with a RAZOR!!! I told her I wanted my eyebrows waxed not shaved. She did wax them again and did a better job. My eyebrows did turn out nice. I just disliked that the lady was just going to shave them.
The two stars are for the eyebrows, The mans rudeness was just too much.
