So… after months of searching for my desired car, I found a craigslist posting on a Lexus LS460, black on black, with most of the features I was looking for. Almost exact car shows up at Legend auto. After a phone call and confirmation on some details (plus asking my wife nicely) we went to check out the car. Doing a little homework ahead of time pays off, like running a VIN search and checking out car fax (which they provided) the car was really nice, as advertised. Met Luis on the lot and we went on a test drive. Prior to us coming to see the car, I noticed a factory recall that was not done and told them in advance i would not be buying the car with the open recall. Luis said they would take care of it, as they are right next door to Lexus of Sacramento. I showed my good faith in the car by letting Legend run my credit to make sure they knew I was serious. We left and they called me quickly to let me know they could finance me no money down, no problem. We returned and made the car deal.
As I am current Lexus owner, I had a relationship with the service manager Mike Huddleson at the Lexus dealership. A quick phone call to him prior to Legend taking care of the recall insured a Lexus dealership looking the car over COMPLETELY. I got a phone call that I couldn’t get to, from Mike at Lexus. By the time I checked my message, Legend had already picked up the car from Lexus of Sacramento. The message that was left for me was that the water pump was leaking and needed replacing. I was upset, for a moment, until I found out that the car was already in the shop getting the water pump replaced along with the radiator. The owner took it upon himself to make the car right. I was really pleased to know that the integrity and honesty of Legend Auto was on point. It was important to them that the car was properly sold.
Keep in mind, everyone who purchases a used car, do your due diligence, get things checked out, and most of all DEFER YOUR DOWN PAYMENT UNTIL YOU TAKE POSSESSION OF A TOTALLY CHECKED OUT CAR. Give them your down payment upon delivery. Get your car inspected by a neutral party even if it costs you a bit. If there is nothing to hide, dealerships wont have a problem with a pre-​delivery inspection. Remember these cars are sold as is, and the extra warantees that are sold can be a waste of money. I will return to Legend Auto!

Im telling you… listen to what these bad reviews are saying. Some people may get lucky and get a vehicle that works fine but if you get one with problems this dealership does bare minimum to get it fix and to get you off there lot with your money and on to the next. They have very, I mean very poor communication skills from top to bottom. Dont be another prey for these people. All they want is your money. I bought a truck and they say they do a full inspection but the emergency brake wasnt working! Really! You do a full inspection and miss the emergency brake. Still isnt fixed till this day. I would bet they have unlicensed mechanics who have there hands tied behind there backs on what to fix and not to fix. DONT BUY A CAR HERE. THESE ARE NOT TRUE BUSSINESS PROFESSIONALS. They found a way to make money without going all the way in by customer service. Thats why they have two lots. Dont go to Truck Depot either. They dont even deserve one star. Good luck

I got a good car, but the customer service was absolutely terrible. Treated me like a child. I had to call them multiple times to try to get my car. Ended up getting my car 4 or 5 days after i paid for it.

So my buddies and I came in a few weeks ago. We were waiting for our food at sactown kabob and decided to stroll through the lot. We were noticed right away the salesman greeted us right away. I was impressed with their stock of vehicles and I was impressed. After talking with the salesman I told him I’m selling my car and in the market soon. I was not brushed off right away I treated with respect. This dealership is my first choice when I come back and start shopping. Some people may have had a bad experience maybe because of their attitude. If you respect the dealership and sales rep you will be treated right.

I Bought a luxury car from here with some concerns form the gate but was promised that the car was spotless and anything that wasn’t right would be corrected next business day. Took them the car they’ve never fixed any of the issues still to this day, they are very cheap and sale cars and trucks with hidden issues that will cost you soon after driving. I had my car for one I repeat one day and then it broke completely down. The car has been in there possession ever since .they take short cuts just to get rid of you and have absolutely no communication skills. They provided me with a loaner car that had expired tags no gas and a bad alternator which broke down on me withing 30 minutes. All there cars are out of gas probably not registered and are cheap for a reason. This dealership has been nothing but headaches from day one I thought I was getting a deal but I am getting stress and it’s costing me big time. My advice to you is DO NOT WALK THEIR LOT… EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR THE CAR YOU WANT THAT’S BETTER THAN PURCHASING A CAR FROM THESE GUYS WHO DO THE MINIMUM JUST TO SALE U A LEMON AND A THOUSAND LIES.

Don’t buy a car from here! Spent 26,000 on 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe and car has had one mayor problem after another. Now the Truck randomly comes to a sudden stop on freeway and regular streets with my children inside. It’s so dangerous. I’m now looking to trade it in but owe so much since just got it nobody wants it. I’m just sick about the purchase and the fact a licensed business would sell such a problem.

My sister and I drove 2 hours from home to look at a camaro at this location and I was greeted by an Iranian gentleman who said he was the owner of the dealership. After he told us the car was valued over 24,000 dollars I told my sister the car was overpriced and she should consider another vehicle. The man proceeds to tell us in a passive aggressive tone that we can leave if we think the car is overpriced. Odd but okay since he apologized for it a while later. He then made some unnecessary chauvinistic comment about our occupation because in his opinion we didn’t look like business owners but party promoters. Odd but we let this go to. During the test drive is when the unthinkable happened. While test driving the car I told my sister and him the alignment wasn’t up to par in which his response was its the road not the car. When I disagreed with this logic he told me that by not believing him I was implying that he was a liar and his dealership was into lying to customers. Seriously, he wanted me to spend $ 25,000 based on trusting a dealership. When I told him that I’m not concerned about him being a liar BC I’m not purchasing him I just wanna make sure I’m buying a good car he yelled at me and threatened me again to take my business elsewhere. This is when things took an un-​imaginable ugly turn when he demanded me to get out of the driving seat bc our test drive was over. I couldn’t contain my shock when I pointed out to him thst he was absurd he pulled over the side of the busy street and told us to get out. Now I’ve been to dealerships many times and purchased over 3 vehicles in the course of my life, I know proper etiquette and I also realize that purchasing a car is a process and a dance bn a client and a salesman but this chauvinistic asshole took the discussion about the car personal or thought since we were women we shouldn’t be questioning him about the quality of the car. Anyway we threatened we’d call the police If he left us on the side of the road with no way to get back to our vehicle. When we got back to the dealership he told us to come inside the office bc I guess he felt remorseful for his action but we left feeling appalled. Word of advice in case he’s reading this, we are in America, we have rights and choices here in this great land and you need a lesson in customer service.

Definitely talk to Fernando hes straight up no tactics and he will definitely take care of you if you have any issues. Good man and he has my continued business. Braxton is a good guy to deal with also. thanks guys

Oh my Goodness, I would never believe I would be so stupid to purchase a Mercedes-​Benz from Legend Auto. I have had it for less than 6 weeks and it has major work to be completed. I was told that the should have known about the issues with the car. The mechanic said the dealer may have just added oil and cleaned the car and hope we would buy an extended warranty. I think the extended warranty company should check into this company. I did not buy one as it was expensive and I was not going to buy the car but because sam said they take care of their customers and I had nothing to worry about I relented and purchased the car.

I am well aware of used car salesmen and their stupid tactics, but I never thought I’d actually be a victim of their BS. I came to Legend Auto because I found an ad for a BMW that I was interested in. The car I wanted happened to be on sale for Labor Day weekend or something, and the price was cheaper than all the other cars of the same year/​make I was looking for. I honestly don’t know crap about cars, so I brought my uncle in with me because he’s been working on BMW’s for years. He checked the car inside and out, and I was excited that he couldn’t find anything wrong with it. So I went ahead and purchased the car because I kind of needed a car right away, and the deal was too good to pass up on.
Within two weeks of my purchase, a regulator or something broke and my window wouldn’t close. This was a huge inconvenience for me, especially since I live in San Francisco and it’s rare I have the time to come back to Sacramento. But I called the dealership and they told me that they would fix it free of charge. I was pleased because they really had me believe that they stand by their cars.
BUUUT. About 1,000 miles of driving my bimmer, the check engine light comes on. I took it into Frank’s Automotive (you can trust them!) and the first thing they asked was if I had just bought the car. Apparently I had a cracked pipe that made oil leak all over my engine… and Legend just cleaned and airbrushed everything to make my car look perfect. Legend was fully aware of my car damages before selling it to me. I had to drop $ 1500 for car repairs. I should have trusted my gut feelings because I knew the price of the car was too good to be true.
Sam was the name of the man who sold me my car, and I totally disagree with the other Unilocalers who raved about honesty at this dealership. They definitely screwed me over.

I bought my Mercedes-​Benz from Legend Auto in March 2013. The experience from start to finish was very pleasant. All of the cars are reasonably priced, the customer service was of quality, and the salesmen were very knowledgable and loyal. Once I drove off the lot with my new car, I noticed some bumper damage, so I took it back and asked them to fix it for me. They fixed it for free and with no hassle! Thank You Legend Auto. If anyone is looking for a new car, I highly recommend you stop here first. Ask for Branson Meyers. He’s the one who helped me with my purchase.

Got my BMW There for a great price, they were really friendly and i never felt pressured at all. the only draw back is that they dont seem to know all the information about the cars they sell, But its a used car dealership so there is a huge assortment of makes and models so i understand. I would do business again.

This dealership gave me the run around for 3 days. I had a pre-​approived loan, money down all all the necessary documents to make this deal. The salesman, Victor, along with the finance guy, Jay, kept asking me if they could just finance the loan. I said no and they kept putting the sale it off. When I called they said they were waiting for my bank to call them back. When I called my bank, they said nobody from Legend Auto had ever called them. All Legend needed to do was call my bank with price, mileage, model and make of car and it was funded. At 8PM on the thrid day, I got a text from them telling me the bank would charge them $ 1500 to do this deal and good luck. My bank says they would never charge them a fee. Lies, lies, lies! They are dishonest and have no integrity. DO NOT GO HERE!

About a week ago I purchased an Infinity G35, in Legend Auto from a guy named Sahid, they told me the car was in excellent condition. When I brought it home and put it in my garage I smelled something burning. I contacted them by the phone, they told me to bring the car down and they told me it was nothing. When I brought the car they said they couldn’t find anything wrong. The next day I found oil dripping from my car. It took them two days to fix the oil leak by then it was too late for me to return the car. When I picked up the car, Legend Auto was out of business, a guy named Amir was there and he was the new owner. I asked them to check everything in the car to see if there were any problems, they assured me that there wasn’t any problems. I took the car to a mechanic and he found very visible problems that needed to be fix, (belts, brakes, spark plugs, damaged tires). Amir told us they were not going to fix anything because they don’t have too, and I can’t drive a car that I spent over $ 17,000. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE CROOKS, THEY ARE UNDER A NEW NAME ITS CALLED GLOBAL HOUSE OF IMPORTS. The new owner is named Amir and after you buy a car from him, he will treat you like a piece of trash.
P.S Amir the new owner or manager screamed at me a woman, and mistreated me, like he was the victim and I was the villain
I honestly believe that they are going to continue doing the same thing to other people if you are as outrage as I am please contact me and maybe we can prevent this to happen to other people.
