The individuals I serve and their massage goals are diverse. Clients experience immediate results for everything from reducing stress and anxiety to speeding their recovery from injuries or managing chronic pain syndromes.

I specialize in locating the source of your pain or discomforts. I apply a deep sensitivity to your body in order to maximize the results of your massage so you can enjoy total relaxation and/or achieve freedom from pain and restriction. Each massage is designed with you, specifically for you.

I enjoy understanding your needs and applying my skills to provide you with a massage that leaves you both relaxed and pain free.

Some of the flowing massage techniques I may integrate into your massage are taken from Swedish, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and positional release.

For your specific tension areas I draw from deep tissue techniques which include Trigger Point, Sports and Myofascial therapies.

Kate S.

Business Owner

My interest in the body’s innate healing abilities has lead me through a lifetime of learning including apprenticeships in Western/Ayurvedic Herbs, traditional healing philosophies, along with aromatherapy and energy techniques.

I am passionate about expanding my knowledge of health and healing. This has lead to a longtime pursue towards understanding the world and how we fit in it. I am interested in the relationship between how we move through our lives and how it shows up in our bodies.

With more than 800 hours of massage therapy education, along with an extensive education in human anatomy I am passionate about integrating benefical techniques to create relaxation/treatment massage to meet each clients individual needs. This passion also drives continual learning both through research and continuing education so I might bring the best abilities to each massage.
