Alex did an amazing job! My daughter had gotten food coloring all over the carpet and he was able to get most of it off-​which was a miracle. He was able to make the other carpets look almost brand new. He worked very hard and the price was very reasonable and even though it took a lot of extra work to get out some of the stains, the price did not change. I will always use Hi Tech for all of my carpet cleaning needs!

Alex came by today and cleaned two rooms and a closet. We had SEVERE pet stains from one of our cats and our German shepherd. The stains had turned black and brown from all the spot cleaners we tried to use on our own. Alex took his time to assess each room, offer his recommendations, and then went to work thoroughly cleaning the carpet. He even cleaned the baseboards! The results are amazing! We are more than pleased! We highly recommend his very professional service!
The entire experience from phone interactions with his office staff to working with Alex today was excellent! LOOK NO FURTHER if you want your carpets to look new again!

My 3.5 year son spilled green nail polish on our WHITE carpet. Yes, you read that right. Green nail polish. White carpet. Panicked, I called Hi-​Tech Carpet Cleaning, and Alex was at my house the following afternoon. The stain is completely gone, as if it never happened. We had him do the entire house, plus a large rug, and everything looks brand new. Alex was super professional, patient while we picked up toys, and went out of his way to sweep our garage floor so he could clean the rug outside. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

I used Hi-​Tech carpet cleaning and I was very pleased with my results. First of all my online appointment was scheduled right away which was very convenient. Pricing was straight forward so I knew roughly how much I would be charged before he came out to clean the carpets since the prices are listed on the website per room. (I like that) My carpets were in great shape so I wanted them cleaned to get out the musty smell but to my amazement they looked even better. I was very impressed with the service. I would use Hi-​tech again.

This guy can perform carpet miracles.
Our living room gets lots of traffic. When we moved the furniture, it was easy to see where the couches sit, you know? Ugh. We had other companies come out and clean, and we would use a Hoover SteamVac on it ourselves — nothing made this carpet look nice, and it’s only 7 years old.
My husband found Alex and said, «His reviews are great. People say he is expensive, but worth it.» We really had nothing to lose, and we just wanted our carpet to look nice again.
Color us impressed. Alex was only supposed to be here an hour, but he was here closer to two hours, and he didn’t stop until the job was done and our room looked fabulous. He worked so hard on our carpet, and it shows. The room looks GREAT.
I learned that using steamers from the store and using personal steamers ruins the rug. Not only do they leave too much water behind, but the detergents actually attract MORE dirt into the fibers. Ew. No wonder our carpeting looked so terrible.
We plan to have Hi-​Tech come out every six months.
Call Alex. You won’t regret it.

Am only leaving a review on the customer service. On their website, they say they prefer if you make an online appointment. I have made 2 requests for service online in the last 6 weeks and no response. Its a bummer because I was excited about using this company. Oh well.

I called around to try and get just one room’s carpet cleaned. Most places quoted me a minimum charge of $ 100 – 150. Alex quoted me $ 50, but when he came out and saw how small the room was, he dropped the price to $ 40. In addition I had him clean the grout in the kitchen. Everything looks great!

Alex was wonderful. We’ve lived in our ~1000 sq. ft. apartment for about 8 months, and we have a German Shepherd that is indoor/​outdoor (dog door to the patio). He’s completely housebroken so no pet accidents or stains to deal with, but because we have renters carpet we sprung for the cleaning in the hopes it would help in getting more of our deposit back at the end of our lease.
He made the process totally easy by suggesting where furniture should be moved and letting us know how long it should sit on blocks so as to not stain the carpet. He’s super casual — we hung around the apartment as he moved from room to room. Total process took about 2 hours.
In my research I found this place to be about double what a 2 – 3 star company would be, and figured it would be worth the extra money. I will definitely use Hi-​Tech again!

Alex did a great job. He had lots of helpful tips, like which carpet cleaner would better treat my dog’s accidents on the carpet in the future. Price was fair I thought, and it took about 1.5 hours to do my 5 rooms. He vacuumed before he cleaned the carpets and the carpet cleaning wasn’t too loud. I was able to stay in my house the whole time, whereas with other companies I had to leave for a few hours.

I found Hi-​Tech on Unilocal and with all the great reviews decided to go with them and I’m happy I did. Hi-​Tech is a local small business owned and operated by Alex who was extremely friendly and courteous.
I set up an appointment online through the website and got an email response within 10 minutes letting me know of the appointment availability. I emailed back my request and they quickly responded a confirmation.
The appointment was for 2pm and 15 minuted prior, Alex called and told me he was on the way. Alex arrived 5 minutes early and verified the the rooms I wanted cleaned and answered any questions I had and also informed me of things I hadn’t thought of.
Alex is the owner and he is the one who does all the work. I was extremely happy with the results and will use them from for any future carpet cleaning needs. I have already recommended him to my friends and family.
