Business Owner

Adriane is an award-​winning bellydancer originally from Los Angeles who has studied bellydance since she was fourteen years old. Adriane is now one of Sacramento’s most sought after performers and instructors and director of the Henna and Kohl Bellydance Company and Studio. Her popular bellydance classes have been featured on Good Day Sacramento, Sacramento and Co., and in the Sacramento Bee and Folsom/​El Dorado Hills Style Magazine. She is a showcased performer on the DVD «Al Dunia — Spectacular Belly Dance Performances» from Hollywood Music Center.

In 2010, Adriane devoted herself full-​time to her passion of dance and founded the Henna and Kohl Dance Company and Studio. Her goals for the studio are to provide a comprehensive bellydance training program that challenges and encourages students to dance their best.

Adriane Dellorco teaches various levels of Cabaret and Fusion style Belly dance. She is an excellent instructor who breaks down movements piece by piece. Her classes are structured into specific focuses each session.
Henna and Kohl is also a performance Belly dance company.
Adriane hosts many wonderful workshops by well-​sought after master instructors. She also promotes wonderful Belly dance shows!

Adriane is not only a beautiful dance artist, but an excellent instructor! She is a master at breaking down moves so that her students feel success while having fun. I love the combos she puts together for us so we can experience & practice the moves in a fluid suite. I have also enjoyed exploring various styles of music, dance, historical & social perspectives. Adriane nurtures not only the body, but also the mind & the soul!!!

Adriane is a great instructor. I just finished my first beginning session and I’m definitely planning on continuing to take classes with her. She’s just what I’ve been looking for. Her style is classic and graceful. I’d recommend her classes to anyone interested in learning this beautiful style of dance.
