Very nice staff it is in a building so it may be hard to find but I just came in to tighten my clasp and the man working at the time did it for free very nice of him:)

I bought I watch less then a month ago. I had the recipe. I tired to take it back. It was in perfect condition. I wanted to return to because someone tried to rob me as well as non stop stares from people string at it which made me very uncomfortable and after almost getting rob for it. They had no compassion at all. They said they would return rings but to watches. The watch looks fancy but is 200% fake. To compassion for they customers again watch was in perfect shape and came with everything including recipe. I will never shop there and I recommend you do not either. Very shade people My life was threatened because of this watch bs they could care less. There are most better jewels in the area or downtown. Stay away

Nice jewelry store in Greenhaven, in the Marshall’s shopping center, looks like they have really nice stuff! Went in to get some links removed on my watch only $ 12.95 and the gentleman who helped me out did it right there! I was out within 10 minutes!
