Worse place to live. Management suck they don’t ever return calls. Expect to live with no water heater for over a month. Garbage disposal has been broken for over 2 months and I’ve called numerous times to get it fixed. It’s like these people get paid to do NOTHING. I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can get the fk outta this hell hole

They never answer phone calls. I have a better relationship with the answering machine then with anyone at the office. I’ve called their corporate office, emailed, faxed, and called numerous times to no avail. They also sent my office applicant information inadvertently. What kind of company doesn’t return phone calls?

I lived at this complex for 4 months and moved out in one weekend due to gun fire and a bullet went right thru my daughter’s window which was on the 3^rd floor. I pretty much keep to my self, but there was no way I was going to live in this area with my 6 year old daughter. We are very lucky to leave sacramento on the weekends so we where not home during the gun fire. The problem I have with this complex is no one ever came to my house to see if we are ok and hell still alive! My window did not get fixed and I had to call the police on Monday which is when I came home to find a bullet in her room. The office manager which is only on site 3 hours a day said she never noticed my window was blown out and her office is faced at my window. I’m thankful they let my out of my lease, but very disappointed that no one ever came to check on us that night or all weekend!
