I LOVE Starbucks! This location(which is a mile from my house) used to be soooo awesome I miss the old staff and the old service! The new staff they have in here is just awful, most of the girls just look at me very rudely and are also rude when taking my order! Not only that but for some reason the drink I order(it’s been the same for 5 years) they mess up more then half the time and that is sooooo very frustrating to me! There is only one lady now that is super sweet she always wears a flower in her hair and is so nice to my 4 year old daughter, that yes I buy my daughter what ever she wants to go with her chocolate milk! I find myself hoping she is there to take my order when I’m walking in. So I’ve stopped going to this location as much and found anther! As much money as I spend at Starbucks a day I shouldn’t have to not only feel so uncomfortable but at least they should be able to get 2 out of 5 orders correct

Service has gotten worse after the remodel. Plenty on staff but execution is very bad waited 9 minutes and 12 minutes on 2 occasions. Might start going to java city

Horrible customer service. If anything, I would take the time and drive to another starbucks if possible. First off, I asked the woman working drive thru for a COFFEE frap. Ended up getting a caramel frap, and all I said was«excuse me, I asked for a coffee frap» and the girl had the nerve to give the ‘tude about not mentioning it in the first place. Well, one, I clearly said coffee frap, idk where caramel came from… two syllables vs 3 makes a huge difference. And another thing, the woman refused to remake my drink and just decided to take off the whip and caramel and re-whipped my drink. This location officially lost a customer forever.

So I ordered over 4 drinks she asked if it was correct on the new menu board they putt out there everything in codes . Then i get to the window and i asked i have one more drink coming right so the heavy weight lady with the glasses and curly hair spoke very rudely i asked you if everything correct on the menu board you said yes whoaa! I was impressed that overall having a starbuks in this terrible neighborhood includes terrible employees… Besides the 10 min wait in drive thru … So she said pull to side with an attitude and rolling her eyes so i asked will you come out and bring the rest of the drinks and pastries she replied yes… I sat there for over 15 min in my car and the drinks never came i sent my sibling inside and accordingly she was told that we had to come inside to get the drinks and pastries, according to her i assume its my fault for not knowing how to read that menu board with over 4 drinks and pastries

Really awful customer service. I have given this location a few chances because it’s close to my home, but have never left in less than 15 – 20 minutes and all I order is regular non espresso coffee. The barista spent ten minutes talking to a customer about the best buffets in the area today instead of continuing making drinks. Also, most recently I asked the barista when my coffee would be up because I had been waiting 20 minutes for regular coffee and she looked at me and said«I don’t know, they come out in a certain order». I know for a fact all other Starbucks don’t mix regular coffee orders with espresso drinks or at least they come out very quickly. I am more upset with the customer service than the wait. A simple thank you for waiting would have made the situation a lot better.

It’s a hit or miss with this Starbucks. I either get really good drinks that are on point or I get drinks that are done incorrectly. I like that it’s a drive through but the wait takes forever!

Should have listened to Raj M’s review, but no I had to go here to redeem my rewards. I have never had a Starbucks ruin my free rewards drink until now. They were very rude in the drive thru and take long. I asked if they could do Trenta size in caramel macchiato for my free rewards and the lady was rude and kept going on how it was a Starbucks standard and they can’t do iced macchiatos and I told her I get it iced all the time. After going back and forth she finally said they only do certain cold drinks like cold brew for that size. When I pulled up to the window another lady ran my card and I asked if she took my free rewards and she said no I had to tell her before. I did say it to the rude lady that took my order, but they said I had to tell them again when I get to the window. They took a while to figure out how to reverse the transaction and meanwhile she asked if other Starbucks do the Trenta size for the macchiatos, but I told her the lady that took my order didnt explain it in a way that did make sense and she was rude. Oh who was standing behind her was the rude lady starting to be confrontational repeating herself to me. Really if you can’t handle customer service you should do something else. The manager asked if there was a problem to them and the girl said no. Umm… yes there was a problem! They had to fix not taking my rewards and blamed it on me and was rude and confrontational about me questioning a drink size. My drink I have been getting for years my skinny caramel macchiato doesn’t taste right either. This Starbucks sucks don’t go here!

I come to this location on my way to work every single day. I’m always delighted to see the employee’s, and always leave satisfied with authentic costumer service. Today was a huge let down, the cashier was a girl I’ve never seen work that location before and her attitude didn’t leave a good impression. She took my order and missed a few boxes on my cup so my drink was super sweet and DEFINITELY wasn’t a quad. other than that I would have generally love this location!

I went to this starbucks today with my boyfriend. We went through the drive thru… worst idea ever. It took so long to get our order. It was rediculous. I ordered a caramel macquiato and my boyfriend got some sort of Carmel Frappuccino. They were okay. Was not happy about the wait. Not coming here again.

Where is the Zero star option Unilocal?If I could, I would have given them Zero stars. Let’s cut the chase and come to the main points. 1) Extremely slow Drive-thru. I could have watched an episode of Starbucks is the New Black on my mobile Netflix for the amount of time I had to wait till I received my order. 2) When you place an order and they take an order, I suppose they should know wether they have that stuff in stock. After waiting 18 plus mins, I am told that the lunch item that I ordered is not available. Ummm, ok. Thank you for saving me Calories that I won’t have to worry about burning later. Staying positive guys. 3) Got my drink, Oprah Chai Latte. Not regular Chai latte, but Oprah Chai latte. The difference, Ladies and Gentlemen between the two is that Oprah Chai Latte is supposed to(#supposed) be more bolder, more spicier, better kick than their own regular Chai. Though it costs more than regular chai but one dollar of every sale goes to the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation and benefits youth education. Verdict– With all that supposedly spicy, bolder etc etc, I took a sip and it tasted even weaker than their regular chai. In fact, it didn’t even taste like chai. Terrible waste of time, money and calories.

Today I ordered a grande soy gingerbread Frappuccino and when the barista handed it to me it was white. I asked her twice is there was coffee in the drink in which she replied ofcourse. The only white Frappuccino I’ve had is a vanilla bean frap. After a few sips confirming my suspicion was right I turned my car around and had to drive a mile back to the store. I walked into the store explained my story to new barista and she remade and it was a light brown color and not white. My 2nd drink was made correctly. Other than my drink remade there was nothing given for my inconvience. Which is sad I used to work for starbucks and for me originally going thru the drive thru to have to not only drive back but get out of my car they should have given me a free drink pass for their mess up. The last 3 times I have used the drive thru at the Norwood store they have given me wrong drinks. I will not be returning to this starbucks.

Cool little spot to study not the most quiet place to study. Make sure to bring your headphones, staff is friendly and quick. Can’t have any complaints about this Starbucks, though only I wish the Internet was a little quicker. The Internet for some reason is really spotty.

There’s only one chick here that knows how to make an iced green tea latte correctly… the rest… dont even mix it right! :( Tried to come here to study once before and there were a few creepy folks hanging about. Internet is wonky, too. Updated review to one star. The last 2 visits, drive thru took 20+ minutes and they messed up drinks on one of those.

This is the worst starbucks Ever !! I come here at least 3x a day usually during each shift and sadly its not just slow as hell bc its morning and packed its slow as hell bc the workers are. I swear that at least 1x a day they get my order wrong !! I order an extra shot and cant tell you how many times they didn’t give me said shot. But they never forgot to charge me. Whats worse is when I finally complain after days of bad service and wrong orders all I got was sorry(barely) One time I was given a $ 4 card and when I went to use said card there wasn’t any $$ on the card! The workers treated me like I was trying to rob them for a drink !!! Constantly run outta venti cups! And they could care less. When you go here 3x a day and 90%of the workers recognize you and know your order you kinda expect them to make it right. Duh. But alas that wish is not to be.
