Could not have asked for a better limo service on the day of my wedding. Tom was incredibly friendly and helpful during the booking process. Our driver Bruce was very professional, accommodating, and patient! Thank you Frettys for such a great experience.

Tom is seriously awesome! He was my dj and limo driver for my wedding in 2013. Today he was kind enough to take me and 6 friends wine tasting in the clarksburg area. He was super friendly, made sure we were taken care of at all times. We had a bad experience at a wine place and he offered to take us to another wine area to make us feel better. It wasn’t on our agenda but he made sure we didn’t end the day badly. We will definitely be using Tom if we do this again.

I contacted Fretty’s for my cousins 21^st wine tasting celebration and Tom responded instantly with great customer service. Tom checked in a few days before to confirm time, location and our itinerary since it had been weeks since I booked the limo. When brice arrived he was so helpful in showing us all the bells and whistles that the limo offered! The first winery Bruce walked us right up to the winery doors, opened the door for us and made sure at every tasting room we went to, we were taken care of. He even stood out in the rain with an umbrella to assist all of us ladies in the limo. Talk about great service! I would highly recommend Bruce and Fretty’s Limo for any occasion!!!

I’ve bumped into Tom Frettwell multiple times over the years as a limo driver and DJ, so when the time came for planning my wedding, I knew who to call. I secured a date with him well over a year in advance. He made the process so smooth and easy. We met just twice before the wedding and he played all of the music I requested! He is so funny and kept the evening moving seamlessly. All of my family and friends loved him! I highly recommend him!

Rented the 20 person party bus for my birthday wine tour out in Amador, Tom was awesome! He took every effort to make our experience the most enjoyable it could be and the bus was beautiful! To say our group was rowdy is an understatement and he handled us perfectly! I will definitely be renting from Fretty’s again!

Tom came to the rescue for me. Another limo company was not able to accommodate our group, with two days to the event. I called Tom and when he heard what happened, he made sure that our traditional Christmas Lights tour for the family happened! He took us to different locations that we had never seen before. It was fantastic.

My kids and his friends chose Frettys for their Prom in April and Bruce was the driver. He was very professional. He explained the rules to all the kids and parents. Each kid must sign and agree to the contract before they enter the limo. Great idea! I would definitely recommend Frettys.

I used them for my sons 16^th birthday this week and it was awesome! I called around looking for price estimates and I talked to Tom, the owner. He was very nice, professional, and accommodating on the phone. The price I was quoted an hour was so reasonable, the best around. It included Gas and gratuity, which was not included in the hourly rate I was being quoted by other limousine services and they were more an hour.
I was also inquiring about the condition of his limousines and he offered to meet me at his office so I can look at them before I made a decision. They were all beautiful, clean, and new! We had the white lincoln limo. Inside it had black leather and really cool lights on the inside roof. You can also pair your bluetooth from your phone or a device, and listen to your music or watch TV. His limos are are phenomenal!
Tom showed up early and had the limo washed and shined. It was beautiful!!! He knew the all the details of the multiple locations stops we planned and made my sons birthday experience so easy, with no stress. We were never late anywhere. Tom has a great sense of humor! My son and all of his friends thought he was a cool dude!
Overall, I highly recommend Fretty’s Limousine service. I am very picky and would never write such a good review for anyone, unless I believed they truly deserved it. A+ in my book. I will definitely use his services again. Thank you Tom for help making my sons birthday such a wonderful experience.

We booked Tom to be our wedding DJ/​MC. He did a truly spectacular job. He has a great sense of humor, and kept the evening flowing well. He was definitely not «cheesy» or «corny» as some DJs can be. He really was there to please us (the bride and groom) and do everything possible to make us happy! We met a couple times before the big day to go over everything, and also conversed over the phone and email to make sure everyone was on the same page. All our guests raved about what a great job he did. Tom also provided lighting for our reception area, and had a GOBO light made that turned out great. During the ceremony he provided wireless microphones for the officiant and groom that worked perfectly. We highly recommend Tom and couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! Book him for your wedding– you will not regret it!

Outstanding service!
Bruce was our driver and was top notch, the entire night! We had dinner in Folsom, then enjoyed the Garth Brooks concert at Sleep Train arena. Limo was clean, ice was ready for our bottles of patron and what a way to arrive to a concert! I highly recommend this company!!!

I cannot say enough about DJ Tom! I hired Tom for my father’s surprise 90^th birthday party. I have to begin by saying that I am a control freak when it comes to music. I have a playlist for everything and often prefer to use my own music. My aunt attended a party where Tom was the DJ and she raved about him so much I thought I’d hire him so I could dance for once! Tom was able to maintain a full dance floor all night long! We had 90 year olds all the way down to 10 year olds and everyone was having the time of their lives. I would recommend Tom for any event you are planning and I will definitely hire him again.

We hired Tom as the DJ for our January wedding and were blown away! He knew exactly what music would keep the guests dancing, his manner was hilarious and he became everyone’s best friend by the end of the night. I called this guy and he just really didn’t seem to want my business. Told me to «call around», he might not be able to get a driver for the day I wanted to reserve but he might be able to.

I first met Tom Fretwell when he was our limo driver on a wine tasting trip. He was very nice and friendly. I was engaged at the time, and when he overheard that, he offered me his business card in case I was interested. I told my then fiancé about him, and he kind of brushed me off, because he had another DJ in mind that his friends had recommended.
Turns out, it was the same guy!
We ended up booking him and really enjoyed our meetings with him. He’s hilariously funny, and all he wants is for your crown to have a great time — especially the bride and the groom! We got a lot of compliments from our guests about what a great job he did. He interacted with the crowd without being overbearing. And my photographers even made a comment about how nice he was — he fixed them a plate of food while they were taking our sunset pictures.
We were very happy with Tom’s service and would absolutely recommend him.

The owner Tom is amazing! We saw him at a friend’s wedding so when we got engaged a few years after we knew we wanted him to be our DJ too! Weddings can be tough because of the big age range and different personalities but he made EVERYONE have so much fun at ours! We met with him a couple times and gave him some one-​liners and told him about some people in our wedding party (funny things, stories etc) and I don’t know how but he remembered and used them at the wedding. Everyone kept saying how funny he was but I really was just shocked by some of the people who were dancing… who I have never seen dance! He made it great and it was so perfectly personalized to us :)
Also had a party bus since our wedding party was so big and that driver was also great– punctual, flexible with us changing our minds, & he also ‘released’ the champagne that we provided In waves which I think was very smart. I’m sure we’ll be using them again in the future… at whatever big event comes next!
