A Northern California native, Mark has a special love for California. He knows the Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Placerville area extremely well. Mark’s unique perspective on homes in Sacramento County, homes in El Dorado County, and homes in Placer County allow him to help his clients achieve their goals.

Mark graduated from Brigham Young University in 2010 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Business Management. He and his wife reside in El Dorado Hills, California.

Mark has a passion for Real Estate. He was first introduced to real estate while he was in high school while shadowing a good friend’s father who «flipped» homes for a living. Also, Mark’s father has been a Realtor since 2004 in the Bay Area and has taught him many principles of the years.

It cannot be understated what a pleasure it was to work with Mark Sanders. One of the biggest challenges to finding the right realtor is finding someone who truly listens and understands a client’s needs. We are extremely busy people with travelling jobs and didn’t have the time to see houses that weren’t appropriate. This was not the case with Mark, and we were lucky enough to find the perfect property very quickly.
Mark has exceptional local knowledge of the market and it is apparent he truly loves the area. We are new to the Folsom/​Gold River area and Mark was able to educate us on all aspects of the various local communities. Once we found our future home, Mark guided us through the process with the highest degree of professionalism and organization.
What can, on occasion, be a harrowing ordeal was almost bizarrely straightforward under Mark’s guidance. I recommend Mark without hesitation.

We closed on a house in El Dorado Hills last week, with Mark as our Realtor. We cannot say enough good things about Mark and our experience with him. He continually went above and beyond in his efforts to help us find and get into the house of our dreams. He is incredibly prompt and reliable. He is very organized and efficient, and was the driving force in keeping the seller’s agent and title company on track so that we could sign all the paperwork a week before escrow closed in order to not disrupt our family vacation that had been on the books for a few months. He even picked up the key and did the ‘final walkthrough’ for us on the escrow close date while we were in another state!
Mark is absolutely terrific — we were referred to him by family members who had worked with him in the past, and frankly he exceeded our expectations. His willingness to go above and beyond was apparent on a repeated basis, even to the point of helping us line up contractors for renovations that we wanted to do before moving in. His work ethic is apparent as he remembers and takes care of the small details in addition to the big steps in the process.
I’m running out of superlatives, but you get the idea. I would work with and/​or refer Mark to friends and family without reservation in the future!

Mark helped us find the perfect house in Rocklin. He was quickly willing to come see homes and explain in detail any questions we had as we walked through them. When we found the home we liked, he walked us through the home purchasing process and answered all of our questions promptly. He has a really good eye for detail in the paperwork of buying a home and always made sure that things were in order for us. He was there at every step, from inspections to signing for title.
He also communicated our questions and concerns professionally with the selling agent throughout the entire closing period. There were a number of offers on the home we wanted and Mark took the extra effort to counsel with us and do everything he could to help our offer be accepted, and it was! You can’t ask for a more knowledgeable, personable and professional agent. We’ll always recommend him to our friends and family.

Mark is an outstanding Real Estate expert! My husband and I met Mark at an open house in El Dorado Hills and were immediately impressed by his knowledge of the market in the area. We thought Mark was very professional and were impressed with how he presented the house he was selling to potential buyers. We are looking to move to the area, but not for another year or so. We wanted to learn about the area, so we contacted him to find out more information. Mark took the time to figure out what is was we were looking for. He spent time detailing the different communities in El Dorado Hills, driving us around so that we could get a better understanding of the area. He knew our time frame was still some time out, but he wanted us to know that we could depend on him. Mark was always very quick to respond to questions, and it was very clear that he knows real estate very well.

Moving from the Bay Area to El Dorado Hills on a job change. Didn’t know any agents locally. Wanted to look at both properties for lease and for sale. Performed a Unilocal search for an agent and saw Mark’s positive ratings and reviews. Could NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. Mark was super helpful and patient. He asked the right questions and worked with us to narrow the field of properties in our price range and that met our various and, not insignificant, desires.
