Foothills Christmas Trees

It has become an annual tradition for me to buy my Christmas tree from Foothills Christmas Trees. Their trees are gorgeous and healthy. This year, we went the day before their new batch of trees was delivered so there wasn’t a huge selection. We thought about coming back but decided to at least take a look. Even with the smaller selection, there were plenty of great trees available. We paid $ 40 for a 6′ tree. The nice guys that work at the lot will help put the tree on the roof of the car and tie it, which is a huge help.

I have bought 3 trees from the guys at Foothills Christmas Trees and have been really satisfied. Now I will admit, this isn’t the most picturesque Christmas tree experience — your background scenery is a Burger King. But from what I have gathered from my few years in East Sacramento, you have to drive pretty far if you are committed to picking up a tree in the location where that tree actually grew. The trees at Foothills come to us from Oregon, as do the team of friendly and helpful guys who are there selling them. Trees are tagged at 7 or 8 different price points based on their sizes. I find the selection, pricing, and overall service better than down the street in the SaveMart lot. They accept credit cards.
