Rust Florist

Seriously is there a minus 1 star rating??? I cannot comment on the product however I can tell you that the customer service is real CRAP!!! I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday Who BTW lives 6 hours away from me, I asked to have them delivered the day of her birthday, well they did make an attempt, but she was taken out to lunch because it was her BIRTHDAY! Weird, unfortunately RUST FLORIST came in the short window she was away from her apartment, they did attempt to leave at the rental office but no one was in. Rust left a note stating they attempted delivery but do not leave them at apartment doors (understandably so) and to call them regarding delivery. My daughter phoned and they told her that it was not worth their time to come back out and they were going to cancel the order and refund the money!!! WTF #1. So her boyfriend calls and speaks with the owner and the owner hangs up on him! WTF#2. I cannot believe that a business such as this would tell someone that they are not worth their time!!! Florists are in the business of brightning someone’s day not saying F’ you. (they are SO damn lucky I don’t live there because my ass would be at that shit show of a shop!) So I called the online company that I purchased through and explained to them what happened and they were just as shocked as I was. Thank god they were able to find another shop to deliver (the next day, kinda defeats the point of bday flowers) and the customer service agent spoke to a manager and they put a flag on this account about their little shenanigans!!! But I’m sure RUST FLORIST won’t care, they apparently have plenty of business that they don’t need these piddly orders! Trust me when I tell you my daughter and her boyfriend whom both work at a very high profile business will make sure they let everyone know about this, and bad reviews spread like wild fire! Shared to FACEBOOK and TWITTER! and it will be a public share!

Rust Florist is amazing! They always have everything I need and they are very reasonably priced and their flowers last forever and they are always so beautiful. They have great customer service to I would highly recommend them to anyone needing flowers for sacramento they are the BEST!

Received roses a week ago. They look great a week later! Very impressed. Have gotten roses in the past that never opened, drooped or turned black at the edges. Would order flowers from Rust!

Rust florist is one of the BEST florist in Sacramento! They NEVER disappoint and whoever does the floral arrangements is gifted by God! Seriously, all their arrangements are breathtaking and the quality of the flowers and plants are supreme. You may pay a little more than most but you get what you pay for. I have no reason or desire to order from any other florist in Sacramento. Thanks Rust! I’m a customer for life!!!

Definitely would not recommend getting flowers from this florist! I see why it’s called Rust. The flowers I ordered were a present and when I received it, they were not what I paid for. I ordered the deluxe and they delivered a regular to my house. The flowers were not fresh and can you seriously not tie a bow? When I tried calling, the florist would not pick up so I had to argue for 55 minutes with the representative on
about the product I received and after realizing their mistake, they still did not agree to return the flowers or get the florist to send out the deluxe!

I received a gorgeous arrangement from my sister, delivered to my office by Rust. That was a week ago and it looks the same as the day I received them! They are in my kitchen at home now and they smell and look amazing. Kudos to my out of town sister for finding such a great local florist. They will be my first choice the next time I need a florist in Sac.

I received a flower arrangement from my boyfriend, delivered to my door by Rust Florist a couple months back for my birthday. It was a very happy surprise! It was a medium sized arrangement of red roses, irises, and purple tinged daisies, in a glass vase with a balloon. It was so pretty! I was delighted to see the flowers last a whole week before they started to wilt! The woman who delivered my flowers was very nice and wished me happy birthday and told me my boyfriend picked a very pretty arrangement! :)

awesome florist …for 1982. Not sure how they’re still around, but they must be high on the teleflora lists. Terrible showroom space (bad mismatched plastic shelving piled with ugly stuffed animals, fake-​looking artificial flowers — in a florist?!), really old-​school floral designs that are outrageously expensive. I got a handful of tulips and they arranged them like a bouquet of roses, and asked if I wanted baby’s breath for an extra $ 5. You’re kidding. The staff is nice, but if you want something really beautiful, go to Twiggs.

Rust Florist helped me in a pinch! I needed Birds of Paradise flowers for a wedding and all the floral places I called before Rust either were out or were totally overpriced. I called Rust and they had them for $ 6 a stem! They helped me create the tropical wedding bouquet I needed.

I came in here while walking around town and the shop looks really nice and they have some pretty things inside. I didn’t buy anything but the friend I was with got a card since she needed one quick. What I did see was very expensive. If money is no object and you were close by or in a pinch I guess it would be a good place to go but It was WAY overpriced for me.

I have used and recommendedRust since 1998… I love that I can call up and ask for something beautiful, colorfull & cheerful and they know exactly what I mean. They send big luscious bouquets for a reasonable cost. I just think they are far superior to other florists in town. I would gladly recommend them to anyone!

I received red roses from my boyfriend delivered from this florist that initially looked beautiful.
After just one day, the roses were drooping over. This tells me this florist uses the lowest quality roses available. (I mean the kind you buy for $ 2.50 a dozen in the grocery store parking lot.) They didn’t open at all and I feel he (and I) were cheated of a quality rose bouquet.
I tried re-​cutting the stems, but they were just junk roses. I know he spent a fair amount of money on them… so my suggestion is to look elsewhere for a quality florist.
