I will pay you Tuesday, for a burger today… from Five Guys! JUSTYUMMM! This east coast franchise, has made an impact on the west coast burger scene. Truly one of the juiciest burgers around. And the best part, you CAN have it your way. There is an offering of two different size burgers. I always go for the«little burger». Its pretty filling… but go for the regular burger, and load it up! Choices of bacon, cheese, and enough condiments, you’ll think that you’re in your mom’s kitchen! Try the mushroom and cheese. Truly a wonderful explosion of flavors. Either size you can load up. Mom would be proud. #nojudgement And if thats not enough, go for the fries. They win hands down in the«fast food» and even some restaurant fries. They are THAT good! New and OMG how exciting… if having free refills on your purchased soft drink or tea wasn’t enough, they now have milkshakes. What more could you want?! The dining area is clean, and there is plenty of seating inside and out. While you’re waiting to have your order number called, feel free to grab some free shelled peanuts. Don’t feel like waiting? every order is packed to go. If you’re really in a hurry, my trick is to call about 10 – 15 minutes before ill arrive, and place my order. They are really cool about this, and if you’re ordering fries, they wont«drop» them until you arrive. BAM. Your meal is ready for you.

This place is bomb, it’s a little pricey but it’s worth it! There burgers are 100% pure beef! I would recommend this place to anybody that’s looking for a good/high quality hamburger!

This restaurant is the biggest joke. Total knock off of In n Out. Terrible customer service, lack of cleanliness, disgusting food & an unmotivated lethargic staff. The food takes so long to make & this place just needs to go out of business. I’d rather eat my own feces.

They charge too much I ordered a large fries and he said that it would feed up to 3 – 4 people it barely was enough for two people. I ordered mushrooms but didn’t see them or taste them, last time I will be going to 5 Guys for anything. When they first came to Natomas they had good hamburgers and French fries things change with food and the prices being so high. They also play really loud music I’m glad I got food to go that music is awful.

The burger was delicious and juicy but a little bit on the pricey side also I thought it was small. The French fries were fantastic, I ordered a small order fries and was huge I think it’s big enough to share for two adults

The service was amazing. My cousin and I stopped by after the basketball game 5 minutes before they closed. They were so welcoming even though you can tell it was a long day, the staff kept their spirits up! We took our food to go. Just took about and it taste amazing! Will definitely come here again!

The burger was tasty and so were the fries. It was kind of expensive for a place and food that gave you the«fast food» feel. I really hate that the peanut shells were everywhere, but I guess that is how they do business. I probably won’ go again, but I’m not sorry I tried it.

I ate here for the first time today and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. I wasn’t looking for anything special just a good burger for lunch and that’s exactly what I got. The burger was delicious, I shared some Cajun fries with my boyfriend and had to force myself to stop eating. I highly recommend the food.

The food is always delicious. The girl at the register however, was rude. She was very rushy, and for it only being 8:40 and the place closes at 10(mind you know one is behind us) i did not understand why. You could also tell she wasn’t in a good mood, not cheerful whats so ever. Thumbs down on customer service!

Asked to have my fries cooked longer as they are normally a bit soggy, I’ve gone to other five guys locations that have had no problem doing this. The manager was rude and said I would have the best fires but he would not cool them extra, canceled my order and left. Horrible customer service!

We went after work on the 4th of July because I needed a burger on the 4th. Not bad for fast food. The fries were even good reheated and that is rare.

I didn’t think that a place could top In N Out, but Five Guys has done it for me! Loved the food, especially the fries and the unlimited toppings for the burgers. You get peanuts after you order and the ingredients are lay out for you to see. There was even a sign to tell you where the potatoes were from.

Heaping cajun fries and unlimited toppings on your burger! We love it! It’s more like diner pricing rather than fast food, though. I wouldn’t order to-go because the buns don’t hold very well and the bag can get greased up!

Terrible experience eating here. Staff were throwing chairs around which have an annoying metal screeching noise. Burgers were also incorrect. Upon bring this to their attention cashier seemed a little inconsiderate and gave a slight attitude when I wanted the correctly ordered burger. Fries are ok. Burger was at par if anything, and seemed very similar to a whopper at Burger King. For the price of 17.44 for two people. I’d rather go to INANDOUTBURGER which trumps Five guys in price and quality. To note they did give us the fries on the house. However they screwed up the burgers AGAIN on the second attempt.

The buns on my cheeseburger«to go» was as soggy and wrinkled as my daughter’s pruney fingers after being in the pool after 45 minutes.

Wow this was the worst experience ever and they are ridiculously expensive for a burger Even more the food that I got the burger was. Togo and I got a burger that was soggy full of liquid. The grilled mushrooms and onions are not good at all they don’t taste good maybe because they aren’t being cooked properly. It was my first time at a 5 guys and i got to say I was not impressed at all. Unless someone fixes that problem or I get the proper burger for free I will never go back there again!!!

I’ve heard so much about this place and until now I was a true In N out fan. Not anymore… Bye bye In N Out! Five guys live up to their claims especially the fries! They bring in potatoes from various states daily. The best fries for sure. We need a Five Guys in Hawaii!!!

Free Peanuts! Came here for the first time before heading to a Kings game at the Sleep Train Arena. Thought we’d try something different other than fast food for a change. Looked at the menu and studied for a bit before we placed our order. We were the only one at the order counter at the time. Their burgers were a bit on the pricey side… so okay, maybe they were made different, more taste, more beef, more of everything. The cashier was patient. Thank you… We ordered their cheeseburgers. For me it was nothing special, even a bit tasteless. It was a bit messy eating it because the bread almost fell apart. The fries were delicious and freshly made though. They must be doing something right, I suppose, because the place was packed and many seemed to be regulars here – must be the free peanuts! Being first timers, I wasn’t sure whether they were for sale or not. There were boxes and boxes as you enter heading to the order counter. We observed the other patrons and they just seemed to help themselves so we did the same. We even filled our to go bags with a few handfuls to bring with us to the game. Was there a limit? I dunno… we probably won’t go out of our way to be back here. It was okay but not a favorite.
